I was not happy with the fact that a separate linen charge was applied after I had paid for the hotel via hotels.com. This should have been included in the price Apart from that! The area was amazing, view was stunning, handy supermarket nearby. Room was clean, secure enterence to the apartment.

Hi, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us at Infinity Apartments At The Strand, we are sorry the mandatory fees were not outlined correctly by Hotels.com they do show at the bottom of the booking page but they never add these fees into the price and we have complained many times.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Despite having constant correspondence with this property and having sent numerous documents, no arrangements were sent to retrieve a key. We had to find other accommodations in Liverpool at the last minute. This property is too much trouble, especially for the price.

We contact all our guest prior to arrival, in fact Dr i called your number myself and so did my wife, we also asked expedia- Hotels dom to call and ourselves and the company didn't receive a replay we still have the text and calls logged as we were waiting in the apartment till 9 pm for you to arrive that 2 hour after our shut off point but you didn't reply nor arrive

The amartment was clean tidy and fitted out very well. It's location was excellent being close to all attraction amenities and transport links. Good price
