Good with potential for being great
A great place to stay for visiting and exploring Liverpool or the surrounding area. Also ideally situated for John Lennon airport. Rooms nicely decorated and with good facilities. The owners were very friendly and helpful, on hand if anything was needed. We stayed for a week and the only improvement I would recommend is daily housekeeping. The property itself was very nice and in the process of being extended so there were a lot of building materials in the car park, but this was kept tidy and not a problem. Well sign posted from the road even though the map on Hotels.com shows it on the opposite side of the road and in slightly the wrong place.

The accomodation is under new management and nothing like the pictures or information online. No communial lounge area or breakfast room a box was provided in your room with biscuits , cereal and tea, coffee etc no milk . The phone numbers provided no one answered. No plug in bathroom sink no hand soap no bins emptied and no beds made no clean cups etc . Room could have been cleaner, other guests had no towels or breakfast box ,I could go on and on need to be a big improvement to bring it up to a basic standard of b&b. Cannot recommend and won't be booking again .

We are very sorry to hear this. We did actually see your husband on the afternoon after you arrived and asked if there was ‘anything’ at all that you needed and he asked you, and you asked for just a towel. If you had any queries then it would have been nice to have been told and we could have rectified anything. Once again sorry to hear this.
