An ideal base for city breaks, business trips, concerts, football matches, and exploring Liverpool's vibrant attractions.



The Space:

Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or colleagues, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The two bright and inviting bedrooms host one double and one king size bed. Both of which are dressed with crisp, high-quality white linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. For larger groups, the living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.



The spacious open-plan living area is the heart of the apartment, where large skylights flood the space with natural light throughout the day. Thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard, the apartment blends contemporary style with modern comforts to create a welcoming and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring Liverpool.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a home-cooked dinner, while the stylish modern bathroom offers a fresh, calming space to enjoy a refreshing shower at the end of the day.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine St.



We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



The apartment is located on the top floor (third floor).



The Neighborhood:

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find cultural landmarks such as The Philharmonic Hall and the Everyman Theatre. Hope Street, less than a 10-minute walk from your doorstep, boasts some of Liverpool’s most acclaimed restaurants.



Liverpool City Centre is only a quick bus ride away, where you can delve into the city’s rich history and culture. Visit the iconic Liverpool Waterfront, explore The Royal Albert Dock, or enjoy contemporary art at the Tate Liverpool. Beatles fans will love the attractions at Liverpool Central, including The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.



Take the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for stunning views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront. Make stops at Spaceport for an intergalactic adventure or the U-Boat Story for an incredible insight into a World War II submarine. With seven museums showcasing maritime history, art, and music, you’ll find endless opportunities to immerse yourself in this fascinating city.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.



Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
