"The front desk is fine but the attitude is not the best. Tried to find some water but the water tank next to the front door is broken. The elevator's super old and smelly. My room on the third floor facing the elevator has very bad smell as well like some year-long unwashed socks. One of the light is not working in my room as well, not to mention the sound-activated lights (really annoyed me when I tried to turn them on and off). Luckily I have a early morning flight and only need to stay a few hours, but it is absolutely some of the worst hours I've spent in a hotel in America. It's pretty close to the airport, I guess that's the only good point."

"The front desk person was great! We had to request a new room because the toilet in our room had dry urine drops and pubic hair it. Very gross. We were moved to a different room which was better. We can see that improvements are taking place. Parking was great."

"The staff at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful at every turn. They were kind, warm, friendly, welcoming. The free breakfast was more than you’d expect and delicious. Can’t say enough good things about this place!"

"If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night and you don’t care then this is fine. The rooms are clean enough and the rooms seem like they were cheaply slapped together and furnished. The chair in the room was missing a wheel, siting on the bed cause a loud noise like the mattress was sitting on a metal box, iron wouldn’t get hot so basically pointless, fridge was warm. And the most annoying thing was we weren't able to check in at 3 because the room wasn’t clean, we waited for a hr before we got room key. I wouldn’t have stayed any longer than 1 night."
