Please join us in our beautiful wine country home! Walking distance to wineries, Sycamore Grove Park or Alden Lane Nursery. Livermore has 60+ wineries, breweries and excellent downtown restaurants. This is the perfect location if you are attending a wedding or other event at some of Livermore's featured locations such as Wente winery, Palm event center or Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery.
The space
2820 square foot single story house on a 13,000 square foot corner lot! Five bedrooms with one of them being an executive office for work. Full gourmet kitchen, outdoor barbecue area with island. Backyard seating under a lighted pergola or at the large outdoor table with seating for 8. Dark hardwood and upgraded carpet throughout the house along with shutters. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Security cameras around the exterior of the house that are visible from a monitor in the office so you can see what's going on while you work.

Driveway can accommodate 2 cars as can the garage plus plenty of parking on the street.

4 TV's all with Roku 4K streaming. 75 inch Samsung TV in the family room connected to a Denon dual zone sound system for audio in the back yard too.
