When I first arrived room light didn’t work had to use my flash light to turn on night stand light, half of the plug ins not functioning, heater blowing cold air. Lots of traffic noice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was amazing though it says a 3:00 p.m. check-in You showed up there at 1:00 in the afternoon because we are in the area seeing a family member in a local hospital and they were more than willing to give us our keys early no questions asked made sure the room was good and came back much later in the evening very amazing young lady working the desk on 12/11/23

Not quite what I expected but adequate
This is a residential hotel. Folks live here, and it does mean it’s quiet. Cars don’t move during the day. Shabby, no coffee in room or on premises. Cleaning looked rushed (some hairs left behind in bathroom) Bed cheap and slid on floor. However, I felt safe, it was quiet and an okay deal. Several walking distance restaurants, and Target is also within easy walking distance…crossing 580.

Simple good night sleep
For an older hotel I was pleased with the room. The night clerk was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the water was HOT for the morning shower! It was quiet on the night I stayed. Very simple no thrills but I would stay again!

No Frills Economical One Night Option
This is just a hotel for a one night stay near the freeway, shopping and restaurants. There appeared to be some undesirable people in the area. The room was small with no refrigerator or microwave. The mattress was on a metal frame with no box spring. This is a no frills one night option.

This property is what it is, an affordable place to sleep in the bay area. Not great, not horrible. I stayed here with my ten year old and didn't feel unsafe.

Check-in was awful. We reached there around 2PM after an 23 hour flight and were told to wait for an hour to check in. The lady during the check in was not professional. The room was not good and same was the amenities.

Worst place I've ever stayed
No amenities: no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no microwave, no iron, no ironing board, no hair dryer, no swimming pool, no workout room, etc. Just free wi-fi and a somewhat dated TV. Some of the other people staying there made it resemble a halfway house. The older man working the Front Desk was unsocial and definitely shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place looks like a scary dump of a hotel, but the rooms are fabulous and clean. The proximity to everything in the Bay Area couldn’t be better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
