"We arrived at the property, unfortunately for us there was a stray pit bill inside the property. The dog was drinking out the pool, constantly jumping over the gate to remain on the property front door, harassing us. We have two young children so this was quite alarming and worrying for us constantly. "We had a great 6 week stay at this practical spacious villa. Inside the beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the kitchen is well equipped. Outside is a great space with lots of various seating areas (shade & sunny) & a lovely large pool and an outside fridge. The sun is on the pool from around 8-3pm then for the sun lovers you can sit around the front for an extra hour or two. "We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!"

"This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."

"Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."
