The Old Rectory Litton Cheney The Old Rectory dates from the mid C18, and has C19 and C20 additions and alterations. No longer a rectory, the house was once the home of the C20 painter, engraver, and letterer Reynolds Stone, (1909 - 1979), who is buried in Litton churchyard. The house is Grade II Listed.

Lovely cottage, we ordered food through the host which was amazing and great to have on our arrival. We did some lovely walks to Dorchester and Osmington. Cottage clean and had all the necessary amenities including a large fridge.Lots of character including a few low beams.
