Lovely bright 1920s 4 bedroom apartment in heart of village and 100m from beach

Lovely apartment on 3 floors in heart of village and near wealth of restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is above a small personal trainer's gym and is accessible by outdoor steps. Quiet, as bar nearby has live music occasionally but this stops at 11pm. A short stroll from the beach. Close to Arundel with Worthing, Chichester and Brighton nearby. South Downs National Park nearby too. Good for visiting Goodwood for the races and other events. Train station is a 15 minute walk away. On street parking available. Free. Ideal for anyone who enjoys beach life and watersports. Use of kayak, beach mats and parasols can be arranged for no extra charge, along with picnic equipment.
Lovely freestanding slipper bath in top floor bedroom. Gorgeous views of the South Downs to the north, and over the rooftops to the sea from upper floor double bedroom.
All appliances are high end including large LG fridge freezer, Miele dishwasher and Samsung washer dryer. Oven and hob plus airfryer and microwave in kitchen. Combi boiler,so unlimited and instant hot water.
