Lovely B&B, ideal for a couple of nights.
Lovely friendly couple running this place. Very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast! Found the bed a tad soft but that's just probably me. Short 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

LOVELY PRIVATE RUN FACILITY BY SIMON AND CARLA. VERY TASTEFULLY APPOINTED ROOM. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, this is a First Class place to stay, every little detail is well thought through. Food was delicious and Kara was so friendly and welcoming, an ideal base for Arundel and other local sites. Would recommend to all my friends and will go back in the future.

A wonderful place to stay
A beautifully appointed room, absolutely charming and helpful hosts, even the weather was perfect! The hosts went out of their way to make everything comfortable, and the food was delicious. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

A great place to stay
This is a very comfortable hotel with everything at the 'top end' of what might be expected. The breakfasts were amazing and some nice touches such as complimentary savoury pancakes and a delightful quiche for lunch are nice touches.

Wanted a short break and going on reviews was lucky to get booked at Berry House. Pleasant welcome, lovely room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Given tips on places to dine.

I booked for one adult and two children by ages on an Expedia online form, in a twin bed with sofa bed, but Expedia booked 2 adults for twin room with sofa bed Therefore on arrival the host was put out, expecting only two adults. He wasn't sure if there was enough linen to make the sofa bed up. After a while he found some, so we were able to stay as planned. I was disappointed at the initial reaction to the booking not being what he expected but once he found linen all was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Almost wish we had stayed another day simple to spend time in the garden.

Faultless!
Everything about our 3 night stay at Berry House was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome by Matthew and Irena. The whole house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and efficient, as was the hairdryer! Breakfasts were superb and plentiful. The car park is secure and well designed and Berry House is ideally situated for visits to the beach and to local restaurants and shops. This really is a 5* establishment and we wouldn't hesitate in booking Berry House again if we were visiting the area.

Berry House - One of the VERY best
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berry House. Would not stay anywhere else in this part of England. Our hosts Irena and Matthew were fantastic and the breakfasts superb. We recommend this B&B as simply being 'one of the best' you will find anywhere.

When we explained that we would be leaving early to catch a flight and therefore wouldn't be around for breakfast, the owner very kindly made us a packed breakfast of sandwiches and treats. Much appreciated!!

Great stay in a charming and friendly environment
Arranged arrival time and was greeted by the owner with welcoming cake and a friendly nature. Breakfast was magnificent setting us up for the day> Room was very clean and well presented and beds allowed for much needed sleep after a day walking the Goodwood members meet. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and somewhere logged in the memory to use again in the future.

Irena make fabulous cakes, served on your arrival. Many good local pubs, restaurants serving great food, especially The Spotted Cow and Mussel Row.

We had to be in the area of the hotel for 2 days. Our stay was perfect, Matt & Irena were most welcoming on our arrival and continued to look after us totally throughout our stay. The food is second to none and the whole place is spotless. You could not have found a fault

My Wife and I stayed here for one night while visiting the local area, the host Matt did everything he could to make us feel most welcome. We had to leave early on the Sunday morning so he started breakfast early to allow us time to have it before we left. The food was excellent and prepared in view of the dinning room by his partner Irena who also served her own addition to the standard breakfast menu of a lovely vegetation tart. We had hoped to have more time to fully enjoy the breakfast and our room but as stated had to rush off! I will certainly hope to return for another visit in the future. For extra information I can add that the location was good, just a ten min walk to the beach and town, parking on site was easy- each room has its own hot water supply and our room was most comfortable with all required facilities.

Very highly recommended!
Stayed one night and within a few minutes of arriving I really wished I had booked for a second night! We were met with a friendly welcome, a cup of coffee and a freshly baked slice of cake! All areas were very clean and comfortable with a very high standard of decor, and the breakfast excellent. Slept like a log on the very comfortable bed. The place is immaculate and homely at the same time. Real attention to detail and more importantly the owners are really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

Brilliant Berry House!
We found Berry House to be a great place to stay. The Owners are very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are very comfortable, clean, with little extras to complete the stay. There is plenty of variety for breakfast, and the food is of a good standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Berry House to other travellers.

Location: 10 mins walk to the sea, off road parking, garden room was very clean and comfortable and had outside patio area and chairs, inside smart décor and furnishings. Hosts very friendly and informative. Very tasty breakfast.

Great choice!
Berry House was a very 'lucky find'. We knew nothing about Littlehampton or the surrounding area so our accommodation choice was very much 'pot-luck' We could not have chosen anything better. It certainly deserves its 5 star rating and I endorse that wholeheartedly. Apart from the excellent room, breakfast etc, Berry House is only about a 7-10minute walk from the sea/beach and we discovered several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would we stay there again, 100% yes!!.
