  • Newly refurbished to an impeccable standard this unique beach front apartment truly is breathtaking. This superb apartment comprises of the ultimate in open plan living. With a stylish openplan kitchen, lounge and dining area with the best views of the south coast. Our property comprises of four luxury double bedrooms all with stunning en-suite facilities and a luxurious family bathroom all with walk in double showers, with one of our bedrooms and en-suite facilities allowing enough space for disabled guests.
    All bedrooms include 32' flat screen T.V. with freeview

    The lounge has a two three seater and one two seater leather sofa with the dining area able to seat ten guests. The lounge/dining area has a 55' flat screen 3D T.V with the full Sky HD package.

    The outside space consists of sofas and chairs to truly make the most of the tranquil setting.

This is the second time we've spent Christmas in this wonderful apartment. Beautiful property, well looked after and right on the beach. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and the property was set up perfectly for a family Christmas.

Bella Vista is truly wonderful - one of the best holiday properties we've ever visited. The location is stunning, rain or shine. The property has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen and homemade dessert on arrival. Stewart was great to deal with throughout. We'd love to return!

We had the most amazing 3 nights at Bella Vista and Paul was there to greet us and show us around. There was a fantastic welcome pack (the best we've ever had) and 8 lemon possets freshly made in the fridge. The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly want/need and the views are to die for. Such a relaxing venue and we will definitely return.

Total bliss!

This was, by far, the best place we could have chosen to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The whole family were totally awestruck. A 10 minute walk to a pub that has a lovely menu. Will definately visit again! Even Storm Antoni didn't dampen our few days of celebrations.

Beyond Expectations

Our family loved the house. SO well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream. And then: THE VIEWS. Even better than the photos. Incredible. But what really sets this stay apart is the warmth of hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts. Can't recommend Bella Vista highly enough!

Wow. Amazing property

The location was just wonderful, right on the beach! The owners and check in was so warm and kind we were delighted. Paul was so helpful and the welcome pack was the nicest we have ever had, including a home made Tiramisu which was the best I have ever had. The standard of the property and furnishings is exceptional. There is everything you could possibly need catered for. We came here as a family group for my daughter’s wedding and this house was just a wonderful addition to an all round fabulous stay. Thank you to Paul and family. I would highly recommend you stay here.

Fabulous 4 day holiday

8 of us went away together for the first time after knowing each other for 40 years. The house was perfect. They made the beds all into twin beds for us. They left a thoughtful welcome pack of goodies too. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk to The Bluebird Cafe on arrival for lunch, walk out to 2 other breakfast cafes, order an Indian dinner from the town and walk to a lovely Sunday lunch place called Seaview. This is the second time staying at Bella Vista with a six year gap in between. Always a bit nervous about revisiting a property, but we needn’t have worried. It was every bit as fantastic as last time - fabulous welcome pack, wonderful, friendly hosts (who can’t do enough for you) and everything you need for a stay. Don’t pack beach towels, loads to choose from. Dont pack tea & coffee, lots of machines and coffees to use. Right on the beach so the seven year old was in her element, as there are large sandy areas at low tide. Thank you Davis family. It was another fantastic stay!

Perfect beach property

Just returned from our fourth stay at this gem of a rental property where stepping out of the door straight on to the beach is a joy. Its beautiful living area, comfortable beds and a comprehensively equipped kitchen make it perfect for a relaxing break with friends or family. The hosts are charming and on hand should the need arise and there is parking immediately outside. The property is located on a private estate which extends along the shore for a considerable distance. As a result the beach with its wide expanse of sand at low tide is never crowded. We have enjoyed staying in winter when it is a cosy refuge after a bracing beach walk, and in summer when the living area's bi-fold doors open up the property to sea air and sunshine and the outside seating comes into its own.

Our 6th visit over a number of years to this excellent property with its beach location, uninterrupted sea and coast views and stylish interior. Great location, but even better tiramisu!!

Weekend stay with friends at this perfect place on the beach. Welcome basket included an amazing home made tiramisu!! Great comms, replaced a kettle within minutes! Certainly on my list to return to in the future!
