"I had driven from Chicago on my was to Austin. I was ready to take a walk and get into that bed! Took me a second to figure out what the deal was, they sent me to a gated parking tower, for free parking. Definitely drop your bags first if you are going to use their parking, it’s a little trek through the tower to the hotel, but again, GATED and FREE. My room was clean and comfy, the bed was wonderful. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The neighborhood is adorable…I was just there for one night… but Little Rock has definitely made it to the destination list for a future vacation!"

"The property was very updated, clean love the decor. Breakfast was really good. Food was fresh and cooked very well. Staff was tolerable. I did not get an upgrade although I had status, but according to the staff, there was an event."

"I was very happy with the hotel. The roof restaurant unfortunately was not open, being renovated, but it was great to be able to bring pets, and my grandson really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast didn’t have much in the way of vegan options (no hotel does) such as no dairy milk, yogurt or cheese, but I keep requesting anyway."

"There were many amazing things about the staff. The staff at the Doubletree were awesome. Some they are the reason we will always come back to the Doubletree. The amenities were not as great most of them. We didn’t know where they were and the pool was closed. It’s kind of one of the main reasons you stay at certain places and the breakfast staff priceless. I will definitely come back strictly because of the employees and the customer service from the guest room attendance to the maintenance that fix our broken toilet seat. Awesome awesome staff."
