Cozy cottage just one block from Little River waterfront. Dogs ( up to two) are welcome! Casino Cruises, sport fishing and sightseeing cruises, golf courses, restaurants, jet ski rentals. Just four miles from North Myrtle Beach, 2 miles from Calabash, NC and six miles from Sunset Beach, NC. Located one block from Intracoastal Waterway. Boat launch four miles away.
There is one queen bed in bedroom and a twin size roll away bed that can be set up in living room.
INCLUDED fully stocked kitchen also including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, trash bags, laundry detergent, body wash and hand soap. Renters must bring own towels and bed sheets (queen and twin). Two bicycles are there for you to use. Two beach chairs for you to use.

Shrimp Festival

Perfect Little River Cottage

The cottage is the perfect place to stay if you are in the area visiting. Short walk to the little river waterfront, quick drive to the beach or North Myrtle. The cottage has the amenities you need including a fully stocked kitchen.We enjoyed the cottage very much and would definitely book again!

Great place

Can’t say enough good things about the place. It was exactly how it is described . Less then five minute walk to restaurants and outside entertainment . Owner gives you your privacy but is right there if you need something. We will definitely stay here again.

Bike week fun

This lovely cottage was perfect for us and our small pup. The fenced front yard was a perk for her. The home had all the amenities needed. I didn’t mind bringing my own linens as it’s reflected in the overall costs. I recommend and would stay here again.

Great and relaxing

The place was very clean. Great for pets. You can just let them out. Walked to all the local places. All restaurants were great tried several. Great pottery place in walking distance. Would come back again.

Great little cottage!

Great location with plenty of access to restaurants and shopping within a short walk or drive. Host (Dean) was very helpful and informative with the area. He even provided a tarp to cover up my motorcycle when it rained. Excellent experience all the way around! Will look into renting this cottage again in the future!

Really Enjoyed the Stay

The location was excellent in proximity to the Little River water front. The house was exactly as advertised. Very pleased. TV remotes took a little getting used to but Mr. Cain said he would make the instructions clearer. The fenced front yard was very convenient for our Goberdoodle Max. Will definitely stay again.

Second Stay

Just as we found our first time, this little cottage was perfect for our short stay. Love the location. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great having a washer and dryer. Just don't forget your sheets and towels. Look no further!

Home Away from Home

From check in to check out, this is a cute cottage type home. Dean was always available and responded quickly. Listing is completely accurate. My husband and I, as well as out 2, 4 legged kids, enjoyed our stayed. Fenced in front yard was just perfect to let our puppies out. Located close to a selection of stores, as well as restaurants. Will stay again, if we come to Little River area again…

Cozy Cottage Stay

This is our third year staying at Cozy Cottage. I love this cottage for me and my two shelties. So nice to feel like we are at home. This area is so rich in history and plenty to do within the block. The description on VRBO is accurate, but the owner has thought of everything to make it comfortable and clean for guests. So convenient for local restaurants and music on the water, but a convenient short drive to Cherry Grove Beach and N Myrtle. Absolutely love this cottage. Thanks so much Dean and Debbie!! Perfect

Premium location for Little River. Located near restaurants, golf, Casino boat and about 15 minutes away from N. Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes to Calabash. Check-in instructions were accurate. Cottage was spotless and owner gave immediate response to our question about heat. We did not cook on our trip but appliances looked fairly new and there were pots/pans-everything necessary to prepare a meal. We plan on booking in the future.

Cottage in Little River was a perfect spot for my husband, me and out dog. The cottage has everything you need and more. Very well appointed and close to beaches and restaurants. Your Hosts are extremely nice and and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Cozy cottage in a great location

Had a great visit. ,Property was excellent. We will absolutely be revisited at some point centrally located the Calabash, North Myrtle Cherry Grove all within just a few minutes driving distance.
