Summary:
Enjoy this Three bedroom / Two bath with a lake view in Carolina Yacht Landing. Screened in porch, 1st floor and walking distance to the pool. Gated Waterway Community has a grill area and gazebo overlooking the waterway. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and many things that the Strand has to offer. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

The Space:
Perfect space for family and friends. Three Bedrooms - Two Queen Beds, Two Twin Beds. Full kitchen, dining room, washer, dryer in the unit, Screened in porch. Cable TV & Internet.

Guest Access:
Pick up keys and gate card at Eagle Beach Rentals 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy North Myrtle Beach SC 29582 after hours from lock box.

The Neighborhood:
Gated Waterway Community with two community pool & fitness center. less than minutes to the beach.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.

Must be 25 years of age to rent - ID's checked
No Smoking - $250 Fine for smoking of any kind
No Pets
No House Parties

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Wonderful!

The location was perfect. Short drive to the beach. Close to Shopping and Groceries. The property was perfect. An awesome view of their pond. Walking distance to 2 pools and their reck room area. There was a broken lamp in the one bedroom and the sink was cracked. The light switches are confusing but managed to get the hang of them. Was able to make full meals with the cookwear that was available. We replaced a can opener and the crock pot has no lid. Parking is easy. The security guy on the evening shift is so sweet! Beds were comfy. The bedroom tv has no sound and 4 remotes? So we didnt even use it. Everything was VERY CLEAN and tidy. We had a wonderful experience at this location. Its super family and toddler friendly!
