*Close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.

*Pets are NOT allowed



The Space:

*Neat and quiet 2BR bedroom apartment

*on the ground floor

* 1 king bed and 2 queen beds.

*Can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guest.

*Kitchen fully equipped

*Large bedroom with backyard access. *Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
