"Amazing staff, they did our room everyday and cleaned the kitchen and toilets. Kitchen is a little tight for lots of people and only had sofas under the stairs at the entrance as a place for people to relax. The fridge in our room was extremely loud so turned it off alot to sleep. But definitely would stay again"

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop bar and restaurant, only to find it's closed on Sunday and Monday nights. I also paid $53 for breakfast (for two) because of the great reviews from others. However, the restaurant was closed for the public holiday, so instead we were given a voucher to have breakfast at Ibis, only a 2 min walk away. Unfortunately, the food and drink were awful, and the staff unhelpful. If I'd known the standard would be so poor, I'd have asked for a refund instead."
