The place is exceptionally comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and i loved the butter and the wholemeal tost. Staff are amazing people and i recommend this place for every individual with a test to book and enjoy the luxurious of the palace.

Accomodation was top level and surrounding gardens were beautiful and a place to kick back and relax. Hosts Dennis and Pam were lovely people who had a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Welcoming coffee after a long drive from Greymouth and bacon and eggs breakfast was just devine. Very close to the city and local pubs for a nice feed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
