"Staff were excellent, the food was great, the pool was very good"

"Our reservation was for 4 nights and it was so bad that we checked out the next day. We did not get a refund for the remaining days. That meant we paid over $500 for our one night stay. Each room had a chair and ash tray in front of the rooms. They were smoking right outside our room while chatting with the manager. The bed was comfortable. That was only thing that was decent about this room. We were planning on doing our laundry at this facility but it was so filthy that we decided to wait. The breakfast room was dark and dingy."

"John and Christine's house was absolutely beautifully decorated, spacious,clean . Every concievable kitchen item you could want or need. Even had spices. Master bedroom and ensuite were very large and had a deck off of it with a great view of the lake, iced over when we were there. Only thing I could possibly suggest would be a coffee bar upstairs to enjoy the view on the deck before you start the day. Second deck on main level was spacious and had nice patio seating and a bbq to enjoy. We were here in April so didnt get the opportunity to enjoy that but John left clear instruction for gas lever.The main bathroom had a gorgeous rainhead walkin shower and had a connecting door to 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Just down the hall was the 3rd bedroom with a double bed again uniquely decorated. Across the hall was the back porch and an exit leading to the backyard with firepit and chairs. We had a person in a wheelchair so we had to use this entrance once we lifted her up 4 steps onto the 1st deck , little tricky to safely navigate. Not advisable to rent this home if mobility challenged. Only due to the steeper stairs. John made this as easy as possible by having his handyman Ken come first thing in the morning to shovel the pathway. We had about 2 ft of snow in a 24 hr period so this was beyond appreciated and Ken did a fabulous job. Communication was exceptional, wifi provided in a convenient spot by the thermostat. Under this was a very cute pet basket of pet essentials"

"Upon arrival, staff did not have my booking. Said they havent used expedia for months! Gave me old dirty room, as thats all they had. Overpriced in comparison to other newer, cleaner hotel in area."
