Gorgeous Hidden gem Lake front Studio. No cleaning fee. Pet friendly

Lake front studio is located on 2 1/2 acres of grass and majestic oak trees. There are solar string lights in the trees that come on at night creating an enchanting wonderland. This lake front gem sports a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and Dryer. Luxurious bath with two person whirlpool tub and two person double shower head shower. Your own private deck to enjoy the sunset. Invite friends and family for s'mores at the fire pit. Come have a mini staycation . Take the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, or canoes out or bring your own boat. A Boat ramp is quite close. Run away from the hustle of the city. Watch the wind blow the water. Drift away with the clouds. Guest should know that we are in unincorporated Denton County. When you turn on Doe Branch Road you will drive past some trailer houses and junk cars. I share this with you, so you, might not judge my neighbors. It is extremely quiet and safe out here. If you are looking to escape the concrete jungle, then you have found your peace and calm. Located on Lake Lewisville; We are 10 min from Legacy West in Frisco. 10 min from the mall in Frisco. 10 min from the cowboys new stadium. 10 min from downtown Denton. 12 min from Prosper. 5 min from Aubrey. There are two short term rentals on site. Our property is 2 1/2 acres with the cottage on the far left and the studio on the far right. The owner lives on site in the main house.

Great Little Place

A great getaway!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything needed was supplied and then some. A lovely place to relax by the water before heading out in the kayaks or paddle boards.Just the peace and quiet I needed!!!

Sweet little retreat

Very clean and comfy, had everything we needed including friendly owners. The walk down to the shore with the sunset and grilling food was a fun time. Highly recommend this place, be sure to be there before sunset.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

I was looking for a quiet peaceful place to spend a weekend with my wife for her 40th birthday. This property was perfect. The studio was very well equipped and cozy, the amenities provided are the best I've encountered in any short term rental. It's tucked just far away from the metroplex that you can easily forget where you are, but close enough to go for entertainment or necessities. We will absolutely be staying again!

Peaceful, adorable, relaxing

We loved staying in Diana's Studio! It was so peaceful and private and a relaxing way to spend the night after a busy weekend and before our flight home. The Studio is perfectly decorated, and I loved the view of the lake from the comfy bed. The bathroom spacious and perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked. Parking was easy and convenient right next door, the deck was wonderful and Diana responded so quickly whenever I sent a quick note. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Stay by the Lake

We loved our short stay at The Studio! The property was beautiful and very inviting. Everything was clean and the home had all the amenities we needed. The host was communicative and made both the check-in and check-out process easy. We enjoyed fishing by the lake, canoeing, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Perfect peaceful getaway!

Quick little weekend getaway

My husband and I (and our sweet baby) stayed a night here to celebrate our anniversary. We loved it! We would love to come back and enjoy it more, because we really didn’t get enough time to enjoy everything. But if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to getaway, we highly recommend!

Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay in the studio. The view is just beautiful with the big green yard, large trees, and lake. We took the kayaks out a couple times and our kids loved the sandy area by the water while I sat on the lawn chairs. There was another group staying at the cabin on the property but we felt like we had plenty of privacy. Our kids slept well on the pull out couch bed and the King bed was very comfortable. Overall a very peaceful experience and we’re glad we got to stay there!

Great get away spot!

The studio was very nice on the inside. It has updated appliances and interior decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed for cooking and linens. Its the perfect couples get away.

Perfect Couples Escape!

My husband and I stayed several days to get some much needed down time and one on one with each other. This was perfect! We loved trying out the kayak and relaxing in the jetted tub!

Peaceful get away

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were in for the weekend and are so glad we stayed here. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the porch, sitting by the lake, fire at night, and watching the wildlife. Would highly recommend staying here. Very peaceful.

Hidden gem is an understatement!! Best three days of rest and relaxation. Kayaking, swimming and cooking on the grill! Beautiful property. Very clean with anything you could ask for. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a relaxing, no-hassle stay for two nights. It was nice to have such easy access to kayaks and paddle boards anytime we wanted to use them. It was great to stay at a property that welcomed our two dogs with open arms, and the check-out instructions were short and straight-forward!

My husband, infant son, and I absolutely loved our stay at the house! The property is beautiful and relaxing and the homeowners were so kind and thoughtful.
