"Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "

The only slight negative was the toilet and shower facilities which are shared with the campsite, these very fairly basic and got quite messy when the site was busy. "We had a wonderful stay at Wentworth Cottage. The house is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we needed.The cottage is in a peaceful location, with lovely walks directly from the property and an excellent local pub nearby where we enjoyed a very good meal.
