"Overall cleanliness and facility upkeep was terrible. Rugs, chairs and baseboards were filthy. Shower head was duct taped to the wall, tv didn’t work, cigarette burn stains on the bathtub. Only good thing was the bedding was clean. "

"Where do I start? At check in, there was a lady who spoke no English so I had to wait for another lady. She finally arrived and said I didn't have a reservation. I showed her my confirmation from Expedia and she finally found it. While waiting for her I noticed the ground floor reservations all laid out with the key cards attached. I also noticed the fee per night they paid. I had paid DOUBLE on Expedia from what it was showing on the forms. When I questioned why I was paying double all she she said was, I should have called her directly instead of going through Expedia!! We were on the 2nd floor, no key card, had an actual flimsy key that you had to physically lock when you left so if your hands were full you needed to put everything down to lock or unlock the door. There was no deadbolt even though the sign on the inside of the door stated "for your safety, engage deadbolt and door safety latch". It was VERY sketchy around there and the ordinary household door knob didn't give us much peace of mind!!! Around 4 PM on Friday, the balcony from our door down was filled with young men drinking beer and smoking pot. There is NO sound proofing in the walls or doors so it sounded like they were right in our room with us. TV didn't work, bottle of conditioner in the bathroom was pretty much empty, plastic cups had no plastic bags on them (I just threw them away), fan in bathroom sounded like a tractor. Long story short, I do not recommend this place! It's not worth 1/4 what we paid"

"I booked through Expedia for 3 people and got a price that I would pay at the property. They initially honored the price but then called to tell me that I had only booked for 1 person and they needed to charge me an additional $20 per night. I showed them my booking for 3 but they argued that expedia only had 1. They then charged my CC on a debit machine that wasn't part of the motel and when I asked for a receipt they said they had to refund what they charge because they charge it to their personal machine. Sketchy business practice. Very sketchy."

"Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Mexican restaurant onsite had good food however they do not serve any alcoholic beverages. I would stay here again"

"Nice room. Toilet ran. I am not a dog fan and would choose a different hotel that is less pet friendly. A big dog on a leash and a great dane trying to push its way out the door was too much for me. "

"This rental would be perfect for 5 or less people! It was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped with many appliances, and there were extra bathroom linens to accommodate (only) that many guests. It was in a great location with easy access to all amenities. When I had an issue with bedding, the hosts were quick to fix it. However, we rented it specifically for its capacity and despite stating it can accommodate up to 9 people, I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 5; there wasn’t enough seating, dishes, or cutlery to serve a meal to more than that at once. There also wasn’t enough hot water for everyone to shower let alone fill the spa tub. The living room only sat 3 people on each level and the pull out couches were awful to sleep on. So bad that after one night, two of our party opted to get a hotel room instead. Not to mention the 25/night/person surcharge for each guest after the first 3. To top it off, I was informed that due to presence of pet hair I must of had a pet and therefore subject to a charge. We did not have a pet and it was discovered the cleaners were referring to a different property. So, while it was resolved, it did sour the experience a little. I’m not sure I’d rent from this property management again. "
