Cute and cozy! My family of four came in town to visit with a relative and enjoy the city. The house was everything we were looking for. It was clean and comfortable and the little patio outside was perfect for breakfast in the morning and yoga. The owner gave very clear arrival instructions and directions and the house rules were reasonable.

I forgot I was in a vacation rental

I am big on great customer service, honesty, and respect. Tim provided these things 100% from day one of contacting him. He gets a 10/10 for response time. Every time I messaged him, he responded quickly no matter the time. I had lots of questions to make sure his property was going to be a good fit for our stay. That quality of service did not change once I was there. I was so impressed with his willingness to accommodate us and to make sure our experience wasn't anything less than pleasant. If he wasn't sure he could do something, he would at least try, and kept me informed of what was or was not possible. Everything he told me was accurate and honest. The pictures are also accurate. each room was beautifully decorated, clean, and we even had air purifiers in each room. I loved that. The beds were very comfortable. The property is new and well kept. The neighborhood felt safe at all times and is also well kept. Everything was in working order. When we arrived, I was also impressed by how thoughtful Tim was to have so many extras for his guest to feel right at home. So many supplies already on site including grills and necessities. We were having a get together (small and family orientated not a loud party) and the place was perfect for it. I forgot I was only renting temporarily when it was time to go.
