"Our room smell lightly of smoke when we opened the door. The bed frame was steel and sounded like a drum when you got in and out of bed. The air conditioning made noise and we pushed the ottoman against it and it quit. They had very little for breakfast, out of eggs and sausage. Overall it was clean and that is most important!"

"Great old school motel off the beaten path (even for Route 66 travelers) with good service. Definitely not modern in decor, but has solid amenities (refrigerator in our room, laundry) and pretty easy access to dinner options."

"I enjoyed staying a night at this property in a friendly peaceful family neighborhood in Litchfield. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and as evidenced in the house they put a lot of effort into making it a nice place for guests to stay, it’s perfect for a single or a couple, the interior was updated throughout, they selected furniture and fixtures that fit appropriately in the spaces so although it’s a smaller home, it didn’t feel super cramped, and created an environment that was inviting, it was tidy, uncluttered, the fenced backyard was roomy and perfect to let a dog out for a potty break. There were some kitchen ingredients available if a guest wanted to cook a meal, A supply of cold bottled water in the fridge as well as frosty beer mugs in the freezer. BYOB😊 Adjustable A/C. The bed was comfortable. Parking was right in the driveway close to the front door which is handy for unloading a vehicle. I would happily stay there again during my travels!"
