Charming Landaise villa at the edge of the forest for assured tranquility

On the ground floor there is an entry hallway, a large living space composed of the lounge with smart TV and the dining area for 10 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with both bath and shower plus 2 sinks and a separate WC. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds plus a sofabed, with sliding doors leading on to the east facing front patio. There is also a bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Upstairs, there is a cosy mezzanine area with a desk. There is one bedroom with a double bed, with doors leading onto an east facing balcony. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a west facing balcony. There is 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

At the front of the house is a small patio and herb garden, shaded by trees. It's east facing for those sunrise coffees and shady afternoons. To the side of the house is a small orchard and also parking spaces off-road for 2 cars.

Behind the house is a haven of peace, it's spacious and private, bordering the national forest and facing southwest - ideal for aperitifs watching the sunset through the trees. There's a BBQ, an outside eating area for 10 people, sunloungers, parasol and a pool.

Autonomous check-in is available if required.
Linen is not provided, we can organise rental for you.
Departure cleaning €200.00 required pre-arrival.

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, où l'on ne se tape pas sur les nerfs, même lors d'un séjour prolongé.

L'odeur de bois qui nous a accueillis en entrant nous a tout de suite fait nous sentir chez nous. Ce n'est que plus tard que nous avons constaté que le sol était heureusement recouvert de stratifié. Dans la cuisine spacieuse avec cuisinière à gaz, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner - y compris une étagère à épices bien garnie. Sur la terrasse se trouve un barbecue à gaz luxueux et très efficace. Les grandes tables à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur peuvent également accueillir des invités. Le jardin est assez grand pour jouer au badminton. La piscine octogonale est plutôt une grande baignoire, car elle est très peu profonde, mais elle offre un rafraîchissement bienvenu en été. La prudence est de mise autour de la piscine, car la bordure n'est plus en bon état.
