The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic utensils and crockery, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and a fridge, among other essential equipment to make your daily life easier. The apartment also has a washing machine.

Access to the terrace is conveniently located at the back of the kitchen, so you can easily gather the family outdoors. Enjoy lunches at the outdoor dining table or relaxing moments in the welcoming lounge area with sofas, making the most of the fantastic natural light.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and equipped with double beds, both offering direct access to a sunny private balcony with views over the city.

It is important to note that, being on the top floor, the ceiling height in the bedrooms varies, which may cause some difficulty for taller guests moving around. Additionally, please be aware that the blackout blinds do not fully block the light, which may be uncomfortable for those sensitive to morning brightness.

The apartment has two full bathrooms with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and access is exclusively by stairs, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located on the hillside of the picturesque Vale de Santo António, between the charismatic neighbourhoods of Graça and São Vicente, this accommodation offers a true immersion into the most authentic and local soul of Lisbon. The energy of the neighbourhood is genuine, welcoming and full of life, characterised by cobblestone streets, flower-filled balconies, traditional local shops and the contagious friendliness of the neighbours. A short walk away, you can explore fantastic historical and cultural attractions, such as the imposing National Pantheon and the unmissable viewpoints of Graça and Senhora do Monte, where you will enjoy absolutely unforgettable sunsets over the Tagus river and the city.

Despite being in an authentic Lisbon residential haven, the proximity to Lisbon's historic centre is exceptional. Heading down the hill, you will easily get lost in the labyrinthine and romantic alleyways of Alfama — the world birthplace of Fado — and can walk to the majestic São Jorge Castle or to the monumental Praça do Comércio right by the river. For an even more picturesque experience, simply head up to Graça and hop on the famous Tram 28, which will take you on a scenic and charming ride through the most elegant and bohemian areas of Baixa Pombalina, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

As well as being the perfect starting point for discovering the hills of the capital, this address stands out for being just minutes from the Santa Apolónia Train and Metro Station, one of the most important transport hubs in Portugal. This makes planning your day trips incredibly practical! From here, it will be very easy to access the urban train network to be dazzled by the enchanting palaces and mysticism of Sintra (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), or to follow the coastline to enjoy the sun, fresh fish and beaches of the Cascais bay. With long-distance trains right at your door, you can even broaden your horizons and plan memorable day trips to cities such as the university city of Coimbra or the Alentejo charm and Roman heritage of Évora!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Several bus lines serve the area, offering convenient connections throughout the city of Lisbon.

By car, the property has easy access to the main roads in the city. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
