This is an amazing flat situated in Arroios close to the touristic centre and 1 minute walking distance to Av. Almirante Reis. Ideal for a couple, or a family to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.
The property features 1 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.
2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.
Please note that check-ins between:
8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged
