It is a quirky property that we loved . Pool overlooks the many surfers on the Atlantic Ocean. A quick and easy walk to town. Our villa was spacious and they offer free laundry. We plan to return with friends next year.

BEWARE. This property looks like nothing close to the pictures posted online. It was in a state of disrepair. It was also not dirty and not kept well. We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the hotel. In addition, we were in a room near the square, and parties were had there 4 of the 5 nights we were there from midnight until 4:00 AM, loud music, shouting and chants. We called the police twice because it was impossible to sleep. We also had to call the hotel management. When we tried to talk to someone in person, young eighteen year olds are running the place and pass along information to the owner. They are kind but inexperienced and can not solve the problems for you. The owner when reached said they could not accommodate us by changing rooms, or refunding our nights' stay. We were told they have no control over what happens outside their premises. The toilet broke when we were there as well. We contacted reception, they sent the same 18 year old, who again was polite. She took pictures, and the toilet was fixed 6 hours later. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Amazing holiday

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of Ericeira. The staff were friendly and helpful, although someone wasn't always about but they were reachable by phone if you needed them. There were plenty of sunbeds and various areas to o chill out. Would definitely return.

Charming cosy hotel by beach, not reception staff

Very charming hotel on a nicely decorated park just on a hill in front of ocean and surfing spot Hotel location and housing charming But room was not ready at 14h30, have to wait 16H. Reception staff was rude and unwelcoming. He did not apologize and claimed it was usual since they have to clean many rooms. He almost said I should be happy not get the room later ... Knowing the check ou time is at 10h30 ... !! No wifi in the room but only in some part of the hotel Room 3 is just in front of ocean but also windows adjacent to beach parking, so early morning can have small noise, albeit not as bad as can fear

A cliff-top jewel

A real cliff top jewel of a place with much of the artisan about it and obvious that much TLC has been devoted to its development over 25 years. If you don't mind seeing a lot of surfers a real good getaway place and you can keep yourself to yourself if you wish

Villa Ana Margarida is such a unique and beautiful vacation spot. We had a great time as it is so relaxing there, Hugo is very nice and helpful, and you can see the surf from there. We also loved and appreciated that they are a very green place; you can share groceries you don't use so they don't go to waste, they use solar power energy (about 70% off of the grid now), and they had little reminders here and there to make you more aware of the resources you're using. We would definitely recommend the place as we loved all of its little quirks and found the spot to be so easy and relaxing.

Paradisiaco - A forma de estar bem com a vida

Soberba. Desde a localização, á higiene, á qualidade do serviço e á paz que transmite toda a envolvência do complexo. Piscina exemplar. Vistas deslumbrantes. Quietude de todo o espaço. A única coisa que pode incomodar é o sossego. Ótimo para relaxar e encontrar a paz de espirito e "recarregar baterias" para mais uma época laboral . Atendimento, disponibilidade e cortesia do pessoal - do melhor - irrepreensível.

Fint läge, men slitna lägenheter.

Läget är fantastiskt. Dock är detta mer ett vandrarhem än ett hotell. Den lägenhet jag fick hade problem med en vattenläcka i badrummet, som gjorde att man var tvingad att stänga av vattnet till lägenheten. Värme element fanns endast i sovrummet. Inget problem på sommaren, men på vintern blir det svalt i övriga rum. Wifi fungerade oftast inte på rummet.
