This comfortable two bedroom apartment is located just a few steps from the river, in the Santa Apolónia area, positioned between the historic neighborhoods of Alfama and Graça. It offers a practical and central base for guests who want to explore Lisbon on foot or by public transport.

The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional Lisbon building and is accessed by steep stairs, as there is no elevator. Inside, it features a bright living room with a sofa, television, dining table, and partial river views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, two cooking hobs, and all essential utensils for preparing meals.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is available for guest use, and air conditioning is installed to ensure comfort throughout the year.

The surrounding area is lively yet authentic, with a wide selection of local shops, cafes, and traditional Portuguese restaurants within walking distance. The Santa Apolónia metro and train station is only a few minutes away, providing easy connections across Lisbon and to other regions of Portugal. Guests can reach the historic streets of Alfama, the Feira da Ladra market, and several viewpoints on foot, while the nearby riverside promenade offers a pleasant setting for walks, cycling, or simply enjoying the city by the water.
