A Lovely Hostel in Lisbon
Amazing stay at This Is Lisbon. The staff was so incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Leonardo and Tanya, for always making me feel so comfortable and for directing me to some wonderful local spots. The place impeccably clean. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. My bed was so cozy! I loved staying in the old part of the city and simply wandering around. Looking forward to coming back this summer!

What a view, nice staff, quiet, elevators make it easy to get to, or you can enjoy some wonderful stairs. Second time staying here.

Take a cab there if you have heavy bags....
After trecking up hill in the hot mid day sub with my havey back pack for what felt like forever, i was pleasently surprised with the hostel, it has a huge terrace with a great view and you can buy buys and wine from the reception, which is much apprecaites after the trek up there! We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom which was clean and well maintained. We were only there one night but could have happily stayed longer. The hostel had a friendly vibe and there were a few people around around still even though we were entering in to low season. I wasnt a solo traveller but could see that this was a good place if i had have been there alone. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had an early flight but it lookes good and you are able to use the kitchen to make the eggs (which are provided by the hostel) in what ever way you want, which is a nice touch. If you book here and do have bags make sure you als the hostel for directions and they will let you know how to get there via an city elavtor rather than climb many many mnay steps and hills (and i mean many!) Staff were a mized bag, one person on reception was super friendly, the one the next morn seemed like she couldnt really be arsed to be there. Over all though a good place to stay in the old town and near loys fp afes and bars that feel leas of a tourist trap than in other areas.

Nice stay
I had a great stay here. Staff were great and accomodating, it was quiet and peaceful, it was very clean, and the kitchen was a definite plus. Only downside was the hilly incline getting to and from the location. The views and the lively surrounding areas made up for that though.

Beautiful terrace view
Mostly young, energetic guests during my stay. Free eggs (you prepare) in morning. Beers, soda, water for sale at good prices. WiFi good.

I had a great time at this hostel. It's nice and cozy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Met some cool people there, too. And I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in lisbon
-Great, central location. The hostel is about 15 min walking distance from Rossio metro and train stations and requires a steep uphill climb (via several staircases) to reach it. You can take an elevator, but must ask for directions to it. -Knowledgeable and friendly staff. -Enjoy the free breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view.

Great hostel in the heart of historic Mouraria
The hostel has a great location in the middle of Mouraria, one of Lisboas most traditional and charming neighbourhoods. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and also a great breakfast. The terrace is the high point, with a beautiful view over the city, perfect to have a nice relaxing drink in the end of the day. Definitely recommend.

Super "This is Lisbon Hostel"
Very cosy place, super clean, and with central heating! Our room had direct access to the terrace with an amazing view over Lisbon. The staff was very helpful. They organize surf and yoga classes. We recommend it and we will be back!

Best place to stay!
Historical building completely restored in the heart of Mouraria, great location, walking distance to most touristic spots. Nice breakfast and friendly staff willing to help with anything you might need. Definately recommend.

Nice surprise
Excellent staying. One of the most amazing view on Lisbon from terrace, Friendly staff. Abundant and rich breakfast. Very close to many attractions on Alfama's hill. See you soon, I hope.

O lugar é incrível, o pessoal que trabalha lá é muito gente fina, estão sempre preocupados em atender bem, o público também é tranquilo. A localização é boa perto do metro, porém o acesso a carro é horrível.

We are very sorry that it was a suprise for you that Lisbon is a city of many hills and, in fact, we are in the castle hill! It's even the name of our street "Costa do Castelo"! Our street was under construction but now is open again, so you can even use the 2 public elevators to come up the hill.

坂の町リスボンを堪能できる位置にあります。広いバルコニーから見下ろす景色は抜群です。それだけに真っ暗になってからの到着だったので迷い狂いました。狭い石段、入り組んだ迷路状態のエリアです。到着は是非明るい内にしてください。無料の朝食は良かったです。

Um lugar legal, único ponto negativo foi que reservamos e pagamos por um quarto com banheiro privativo e nos entravaram um quarto com banheiro comunitário! Quando mostrei o comprovante da reserva, o atendente me disse que não poderia fazer nada porque já havia passado o quarto pra outro.

Estimado Clério, temos muita pena mas o erro foi vosso! Reservaram um quarto com banheiro partilhado (apenas temos quartos twins com banheiro partilhado), e como tal foi esse o quarto que reservamos para vocês. Infelizmente não podemos oferecer uma outra solução aquando do check-in, porque todos os outros nossos quartos estavam ocupados.

Dejlig sted med afslappet stemning, imødekommende og informativ personale. Tjek på detaljerne og intet overladt til tilfældigheder. Ligger i et dejligt område m. restauranter og små hverdagsbutikker. Super terrasse m udsigt over byens tage. Plads til både unge og ældre.

A éviter si vous voulez dormir
Établissement difficile d'accès si vous avez des valises. Il faut prendre plusieurs escaliers raides. Nous avons pu dormir une nuit sur cinq à cause d'un groupe d'adolescents qui faisaient un bruit infernal. Malgré notre plainte auprès de la jeune demoiselle qui était à l'accueil le boucan a persisté bien au delà de 2 heures du matin. Une belle terrasse mais ça ne suffit pas pour compenser les désagréments du séjour.

客室は清潔
シャワーが清潔でない点が気になりました。お湯もぬるかったので冬は寒そうです。客室についていないのも不便かもしれません。客室は清潔感があり、眺めもいいです。朝食は出発時間の都合で食べられませんでしたが、準備途中を見る限りごく普通のコンチネンタルブレックファストという感じでした。
