The staff are so polite and helpful- really nice people. My room was spotless and very quiet as all widows were double glazed. They provided the best breakfast smorgasbord style and yes they have Polish Tarts. There is a lovely outdoor area where you can sun bake or swim in the heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, charming upscale boutique hotel with excellent service in all areas. The hotel’s app was an excellent resource especially their hand-picked restaurants, bars, shops, and walking tours.

Fantastic!
My partner and I had an amazing stay at The Late Birds. The resort was entirely relaxing and conveniently located. The staff were fantastic and created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend, including the Sunset Boat Trip.

A Perfect Gay Stay
Really sensational service, and a lovely hotel. Not only was the room spotless and incredibly comfortable, it was as quiet and intimate as I could ever have hoped for. The hotel is as central as an hotel could be, and the cats (who really run it) add an amusing character to quite possibly the nicest gay venue I’ve ever visited. Highest possible recommendation.

Good accommodation with pool. The staff is great. It is mostly quiet because it is off the main street. But it can be noisy with cars speeding up the steep hill in front of accommodation. Fairly long walk to restaurants and sites.

A very clean and well maintained hotel in a central location. What makes this facility worth your time is the staff. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by the front desk. The rooms are large and decorated in a simple but elegant manner. There is no tv or radio in the room. So no distractions. The rear courtyard is a nice retreat by the pool or for a breakfast recovery area. Paul was excellent in providing poolside refreshments. The morning chef(Deco), was there with coffee or a espresso to go with the extensive breakfast buffet. Overall, this is the place that will feel like home during your visit to Lisbon.

Amazing place! For an urban resort, it felt peaceful and chilled. Absolutely nothing bad to say about facilities or location or cleanliness. And the friendliness of everyone who worked there made me feel like I was just visiting good friends. Stunning.

Perfect Stay at Late Birds Hotel!
Amazing place to stay! Staff were very helpful and place notes on maps so i could fins my way to tour the area and find restaurants and bars. Very close to lots of clubs, bars, saunas. They have a great app you can download also. Late Birds on iPhone or Android. They have really done a great job with the App. Even if you dont stay there you can download it and see all the nearby things to do, places to eat, clubs, bars, saunas. Included Breakfasts were really good with lots of variety, great coffee, food and service. My room was exceptionally clean, quiet and perfect for my stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

They make you feel in "family"
I felt at home in the hotel, the staff is super warm and welcoming and make you feel a part of the "family". Antonio, one of the guys in the reception was amazingly professional, helpful and kind but all of them are. The rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient. The only minus, in my opinion, is the breakfast, it has a good selection of fruit and bakery but it is not s super breakfast, for example, if you want bacon, eggs or some other basics you have to pay it extra (and it is not cheap)

2 nights in one of garden rooms. An oasis right in the middle of the busy city. Staff are so genuine, warm and welcoming. Room very modern, clean and comfortable. Fab location within walking distance of centre of town and near to great eating areas. The fact that breakfast is from 7am to 12pm shows how chilled, and relaxing this is!
