Property restored in May 2013 in the city center (downtown) in historic district next to the Bica elevator that gives access to Bairro Alto / Chiado and close to the Ribeira Market and the Metro station, Train, Bus and Ferrys.

The apartment is well furnished, has a good solar luminosity and a nice view to the Tagus River. It is equipped with TV, MP3 / CD / radio stereo and Wi-Fi internet.

Tolle Lage, reibungsloser Ablauf

Ich hatte das T2 Bica Apartment gemietet im ersten Stock, es entspricht den Bildern (dazu gehört das weiße Bad mit Badewanne). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war unkompliziert, reibungslos und schnell. Die Lage ist super, in 5 Minuten erreicht man die Markthalle, dahinter Cais de Sodre (Metro-Station, hier fahren auch Vorortzüge ab, Fähren und Tramhaltestelle). In der Nähe sind viele Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt). Man kann von hier aus gut die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist moderat ausgestattet (habe aber nicht gekocht). Heizung vorhanden. Das Haus ist nicht direkt hellhörig, aber man hört schon Schritte aus der Wohnung darüber. Das Nachbarhaus wird gerade saniert, ist also Baustelle, ich habe aber keinen Lärm gehört. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würde wieder hier übernachten. Très mal insonorisé

C'est dommage appartement qui a du charme dans quartier tres sympa mais très mal insonorisé entre les étages. On entend tout. Si vous avez des voisins bruyants c'est difficile de dormir! Je ne recommande pas.

Sehr gerne wieder

Die Kommunikation vorab mit Miguel war sehr gut. Angekommen sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden mit Portwein und frischen Erdbeeren. Alles wurde genau erklärt und Fragen sehr nett beantwortet. Standort der Wohnung ist hervorragend! Alles fußläufig in 10 -15 Minuten zu erreichen. Metro Baixa Chiado (15 Min entfernt) kommt man überall hin, die Verbindungen (blaue Linie, grüne Linie usw.) sind sehr gut, die Bahnen kommen alle paar Minuten. Ca. 5 Min. entfernt ist der Time Out Market (Mercado da Ribeira), hier hat man sowohl einen super großen Wochenmarkt als auch eine Halle voll kulinarischer Speisen und Getränke (siehe Uhrzeiten am Aushang). Ein paar Meter weiter kommt man zum Bahnhof am Cais do Sodre. Hier am Wasser sind auch Holzbänke auf denen man sich setzen und legen kann - echt toll! Überall gibt es Cafes und Restaurants. Zum Frühstücken empfehle ich die Padaria Portuguesa. Das ist eine Kette, die überall in Lissabon zu finden ist. Die beste ist meiner Meinung nach aber die unten am Cais do Sodre. Das Essen ist lecker und günstig. Nun nochmal zur Wohnung und der Umgebung ... Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist nicht so laut wie manch andere in Lissabon (war schon oft in Lissabon). In der Straße, direkt nebenan, gibt es zwei kleine Restaurants wo man sowohl was essen als auch einen Cocktail trinken kann. Frühstück gibt es hier erst ab 9:30 Uhr. Ebenfalls in der Straße ist ein (sehr) kleiner Minimarkt. Wenn man aus dem Haus rechts hoch geht und dann rechts herum, kommt man zum Miradouro de Santa Catarina. Hier ist eine tolle Bar (Noobai) wo auch gegessen werden kann und man einen Ausblick über das Wasser hat. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Lediglich das Bad finde ich dann etwas zu klein. Wir war nur zu zweit da und da hat es natürlich mehr als ausgereicht. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und auch das Wohnzimmer hat ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist auch nicht zu klein und bietet wirklich alles, was man brauchen könnte (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, kl. Kaffeeautomat, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, alles an Geschirr, Pfannen etc.). Es gibt nur wenig an der Wohnung auszusetzen: Matratzen der 2 Einzelbetten sind furchtbar. Austauschen oder was sehr dickes drüber legen. Dekokissen auf den Betten und die Überdecke hatten Flecken.Die Wohnung müsste gründlicher gereinigt werden (Fußnagel auf dem Boden - nicht sehr appetitlich). Badelaken hatte ein riesiges Loch. Wasser im Waschbecken Bad läuft sehr langsam ab.

Pequeno descanso

Apartamento equipado organizado e limpo. Situado em uma viela tranquila o que garante um bom descanso no entanto não permite acesso fácil nem parqueamento de veículos. Entretanti a localização e estratégica perto da estação do metrô e das ruas movimentadas do Chiado e casas noturnas assim como o tradicional e Elevador da Bica e o lindo Mercado Municipal tranformado num centro da gastrnomia portuguesas onde aproveitamos as variedades gastronômicas da cidade.

Wir sind relativ zufrieden. Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Positiv: -tolle Lage in der Altstadt - ordentliche Möblierung - Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Saftpresse, Toaster, usw also alles was man braucht - Internet, Fernseher und Mini-hifi - freundliche Begrüßung mit Portwein und Mandarinen - Anpassung an individuelle Bedürfnisse (Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl) - ein wenig Grundausstattung (Salz, Zucker, Tee, Kaffee usw. ) - kleiner Minibalkon - Möglichkeit zum Wäschetrocknen - angenehme Umgebung Negativ: - nicht ausreichend sauber - sehr Hellhörig - Baustelle genau nebenan - viel Staub - alles Ikea (auch Qualität ) - vieles Defekt (Duschkopf, Lichtschalter, Glühbirne, Schrank, Stuhl) -es fehlt an Schränken, wenn man mit 4 Personen für ein paar Tage bleiben will - insgesamt wenig Platz - keine Parkmöglichkeit Insgesamt hatte wir eine schöne Zeit und wir sind Miguel und Maria dankbar für Ihre unkompliziert Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft.

Super Preis , Super Lage

Wir verlassen heute nach 5 Tagen das T2 Appartement. Es entspricht den Bildern zu 100%. Es liegt in nur 8 min vom Cais do Sodre entfernt und bietet so alle Möglichkeiten die Stadt zu erkunden. Man kann problemlos die ganze Stadt von hier zu Fuß erkunden. Empfangen wurden wir von Maria mit Portwein und Orangen, aus dem eigenen Garten. Nur 5 min entfernt ist der Time Out Market mit einer grandiosen Atmosphäre und super Essen. Ich empfehle Entrcoute mit Bento Sauce für 13,50€. Unglaublich gutes Fleisch mit noch besserer Sauce. Für 49€ am Tag gibt es nicht besseres als diese Appartement!! 100% Empfehlung. Obrigada Miguel e Maria

Bel appartement

J'ai passé un séjour avec ma soeur et ma cousine dans cet appartement pendant une semaine. Que dire si ce n'est que l'appartement est très confortable, équipé, calme et à proximité de tout (métro, tramway, supérette, restaurant, place de commercio ...) Merci à Maria qui nous a reçu avec le sourire dans une ambiance chaleureuse comme si nous étions à la maison. Elle reflette la joie de vivre de Lisbonne. Quant à Miguel merci à lui pour sa réactivité, ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet appartement. Sarah, Lisa et Ines

Excellent Apartment and Location

A lovely, clean, well equipped apartment located 10/15 minute walk from Lisbon centre. Shops located within easy walking distance. Plenty of local bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

bonjour l'appartement est idéalement situé, calme, propre, très bien équipée et proche de tout. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été particulièrement agréable, vin, raisin et café à notre disposition. Attention néanmoins au moment de la réservation de sélectionner le bon nombre de chambre car plusieurs appartements proposés.

Top localisation et et appartement sympa

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier de Santa Catarina dans une rue calme, près du Bairro Alto et du centre historique. Très pratique pour sortir le soir et effectuer toutes les visites touristiques à pied dans Lisbonne. Appartement propre et agréable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je précise qu'il y a 2 chambres et non 3 comme indiqué dans l'annonce ce qui nous a surpris une fois arrivés. 1 chambre dans une alcove avec un grand placard pour ranger ses affaires (1 lit de 2 personnes). 1 chambre avec 2 lits de 1 personne et 1 canapé lit. L'appartement est plus petit que le rendu sur les photos. Le propriétaire est accueillant et serviable. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Je recommande ce lieu pour 4/5 personnes maxi c'est un bon point de chute pour visiter la capitale.

Great apartment and location.

A modernly furnished apartment in a lovely location next oo the Bica funicular. If you want to be close to the tourist areas yet be immersed into a local experience, this is the location. Few tourists and no hotels, a great neighbourhood to get the real vibe of the city and its people, we loved it. Apartment is small, yet well organized and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people comfortable. Modern kitchen, we used it quite a bit to to make breakfast. The cafes on the terrace overlooking the city, located right behind the building (on higher ground), was our favourite place in Lisbon to enjoy a coffee or beer and watch the city & river. The hosts (Maria and Miguel) were very accommodating. Note that you can't get next to the building with a car/taxi (local street, blocked for entrance), so expect a few steps (ask them to park at the lower entrance for the Bica elevator).

Klasse!

Das Apartment liegt wunderbar direkt am Bica-Aufzug, herrlich inmitten der Altstadt, wo es kleine süße Restaurants und Bars gibt. Da ist für jeden was dabei! Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zum Fluß und der Metro-Station, mit der man schnell nach Belem und den Stränden kommen kann. Die Wohnung selber ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Küche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einem großen Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, es war ein klasse Urlaub!

FANTASTICO!

O apartamento esta muitissimo bem localizado, proximo do Bairro Alto, do Chiado, do Cais do Sodre e de Santos. A casa em si esta muito bem decorada, estilo simples/ moderno, muito limpa e completamente equipada. Imensa luz e ventilacao natural. Recomendo vivamente este apartamento a futuros visitantes de Lisboa. Eu propria voltarei. Muito obrigada ao proprietario pela simpatia e completa disponibilidade. Ate sempre!
