We didn’t even check in. We pulled up to the hotel and there were people in the doorway openly doing drugs. The neighborhood was absolutely awful and people were yelling at us, so we got back in the rental car and left. We tried to cancel, but we’re unable to successfully navigate the website, so we were out the money for this hotel and had to pay for other hotels for our entire stay.

Mau cheiro e sujo

O hostel é bem antigo e definitivamente falta uma boa remodelação (e limpeza). O quarto havia um carpete com aspecto sujo. Cheirava muito mal, um cheiro denso de mofo. Havia uma janela no quarto que dava para um pequeno fosso de ventilação cheio de pombos e cocôs. Ao menos o colchão era confortável e o duche era muito bom. Mas PS: Havia sujeira tanto no vaso sanitário quanto no lavatório!

Charmant et pratique

Ce n'est pas le must niveau confort mais l'hôtel est très mignon. Notamment l'ascenseur ancien et la décoration rétro portugaise. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et arrangeant. Le placement est idéal près de la station de métro intendente et du fameux tram 28. A 5 min de la boutique "a vida portuguese" une mine d'or ... Je recommande !

Accogliente albergo ben collegato alla metro

Io e la mia amica siamo state benissimo, abbiamo trovato una sistemazione di poche pretese ma davvero accogliente e tranquilla, perfetta per due notti a Lisbona. Questo albergo ha risposto alle nostre esigenze, a livello di prezzi, di ottimo collegamento con la metro (è a due passi dalla fermata Intendente e comunque non lontano dal centro città), disponibilità, simpatia e cordialità del personale.

Unassuming hotel that fit my purpose very well.

Room accommodations were basic: bed, small TV and satisfactory bathroom with no fancy toiletries - just your basic towels and all-purpose liquid soap. Staff was very friendly. Free wifi was available at the guest lounge only, so I had to go to the first floor if I needed to connect my tablet or iPhone to the wifi. Not the most convenient wifi access, but it worked for me. It is a stone's throw away from the Metro, which is a major plus. It is inexpensive but I really only needed a place to stay since I was out all day exploring Lisbon.

Man darf nicht mehr erwarten

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme in einer liebenswerten Stadt. War nicht zum ersten - und nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Das Zimmer war einfach aber überraschend ruhig, trotz der belebten Straße. Wer nur übernachten will ist dort verhältnismäßig (in Anbetracht des Preises) gut aufgehoben.

スタッフは良いですが価格が見合ってません

3泊しました。 スタッフは応対が良く、その点は非常に満足しています。 但し、設備、サービスを考えると1泊3万という価格は理解できる範囲を超えています。 感覚的には1泊1万以内のホテルです。 すぐ近く20mくらいにメトロ駅インテンデンテがありロシオから2つ目なのでアクセスは非常にいいです。 私はポルトから鉄道でリスボンに入りましたが、サンタ・アポローニャ駅からもタクシーで5分以内、帰りの空港も10分程度でした。 室内はアパートの一室のような感じ、シングルベッド2台で机もないので狭さは全く感じません。天井は高いのでむしろちょっと広いと感じるくらい。 冷蔵庫、室内での無線LANがなく、電源は1つだけなのでカメラ、スマホ、その他機器の充電が厳しいです。 テレビは15インチくらいの小さなタイプが天井近くのところに設置されています。 クローゼットは普通の家で使うようなタイプで背の低いものでしたが、ハンガーもあり機能的には7,8着はかけれるので問題ありません。 一番厳しかったのは、消毒液（プールのような）の匂いが非常にきつくかなりひきました。 メトロ近くでアクセスはいいのと目の前はタクシーがよく通る通りなので移動は便利ですが、下町的な雰囲気で近辺を歩いているローカルもちょっと柄がいいとはいえない感じです。 セキュリティは24時間受付1名が3交代でいますので、深夜もブザーを押して宿泊客を確認してからガラスのドアを開けます。 外からも受付の方が見えますので、入口も狭くてチープな感じではあるものの、宿泊客以外が入れるようにはなっていないのでその意味ではとても安心です。 私は宿泊2日前でここ以外になかったので致し方なくという感じで予約しました。 カップルは不向き、3名以上の家族利用とかならなんとか採算取れるかという感じです。あの消毒液のにおいを除けば。 直前でなければリベルダーデ大通り周辺、要のロシオ駅周辺にも2万以内で良いホテルがあるように思いますし、同クラスであれば1万以内でありそうなので、そちらをお薦めします。

Muito bom hotel, limpo, 50 metro do metrô, funcionários atenciosos. Precisa apenas de uma reforma na fachada, não tem wi-fi nos quartos (só disponivel no lounge) e não tem café da manhã ou pequeno almoço como dizem...

Hotel simples mas muito bom

Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. O hotel e um prédio antigo, mas bem confortável, próximo de uma estação de metrô e os arredores com muitas opções de restaurantes e outras coisas.

Prima voor weekendje weg

Het hotel ligt dichtbij metro en niet ver vd stad. Kamers zijn erg basaal; weinig kastruimte. Geen glazen, föhn of waterkoker. Wel eigen douche en wc. Gratis wifi in mooie gezamenlijke ruimte. Tram 28 rijdt door de straat. Buurt s avonds niet heel veilig, daarvoor werden wij gewaarschuwd. Zelf geen rare dingen meegemaakt. Prima voor weekendje stad ontdekken maar verder moet je er niet teveel zijn.

Hôtel très bien situé à qqs pas du métro. Chambre propre et calme. Possibilité de petit déjeuner à la cafétéria au coin de la rue pour quelques euros. Personnel accueillant et serviable, une adresse à recommander !

Hotel vicino alla metro, non lontano dal centro.

Check in non prima delle ore 14 (ma se arrivate prima potete lasciare i bagagli), buona posizione in quanto a due passi dalla stazione metro "intendente", non é in centro ma con la metro ci si arriva velocemente. Ci sono molti negozi per ogni necessità, vi transita il mitico tram 28, assolutamente da non perdere. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite e ben attrezzate, c'é anche l'aria condizionata e il wifi. Il bagno é piccolo, manca il bidet. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Il personale é gentile e disponibile. In sintesi: buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio per chi cerca una sistemazione dignitosa a un buon prezzo.

Nur zum schlafen lang es gerade!

Das Zimmer (401) das wir hatte war direkt unter dem Dach und sehr klein. Die Wände habe auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich gerade mal knapp drehen. Fazit: Wenn man den ganze Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist reicht es gerade!

Zentral im der Stadt gelegen

Tolle Stadt mit 1000 Hügeln, viel Geschichte. Diese Stadt lässt keinen Stress zu, mit den öffendlichen Verkehrsmittel ist jede Ecke der Stadt zu erkunden. Estoril ist mit der Schnellbahn in 30 min zu erreichen der Stand ist eine Reise wert zum Entspannen Wir kommen sicher wieder

Very clean and convenient hotel

I stayed 3 nights over the Easter period for a short city break in Lisbon. The hotel is well located near the centre of Lisbon that can be reached on foot and the metro station is very close by. The staff is kind and the basic communication in English was fine. The room was comfortable enough for me and was cleaned daily. I definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay without compromising location and cleanness.
