The Space:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a light-filled space boasting designer furniture and curated artwork. High-end finishes and a modern kitchen elevate the ambiance, while tasteful decor reflects a sophisticated yet inviting style.
The living and dining room area lead onto the balcony overlooking the garden and pool area.
Upstairs there are 3 ensuite bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together to form one king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and desk with chair, which can therefore be converted into a study as well.
Guest Access:
The apartment boasts a concierge lobby, gym, shared pools and gardens, as well as underground parking. In addition, the complex is partnered with an on-site hotel which allows guests to take advantage of amenities such as spa service, restaurants and more.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in the centre of Cascais. Only minutes walk to the very the heart of town, for loads of shops, dining, and cafés. There is a wonderful bakery and several tascas within a minute or two, and a grocery within 5 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute walk, and the train and bus stations (to go to Lisbon or Sintra) are also 10 minutes.
Getting Around:
You do not need a car in this location - though there is an allocated parking space. Once you are at the apartment, you can walk or take a quick taxi all around Cascais!

Pre-Arrival Form
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.
Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.
Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.
Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.
House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
