Conveniently located in São Pedro do Estoril, it´s close to all services, cafes, restaurants, and transport. Estoril's São Pedro Beach is just a 2-minute walk away.

Guests have full access to the whole apartment, including the swimming pool, garden, as well as parking and the garage of the building.

The beach, just in front of the apartment, is just a few minutes walk away. The train station of São Pedro do Estoril also, which makes the trips to Lisbon and Cascais very fast and comfortable, as well as scenic. For those who prefer to use the car, the apartment has a parking in the garage of the condominium.

There are a number of restaurants in the immediate area, including snacks and seafood, as well as traditional Portuguese food and light meals. There is a mini market down the street. Near the apartment there is a pharmacy, grocery stores with fresh produce and a selection of quality products, a service station with ATM, banks.
São Pedro do Estoril train Station, just around the corner, allows you to get around and travel by train between Cascais and Lisbon. The trips are pleasant, almost always by the sea. For those who travel by car, the apartment has a free parking garage in the condo.
