Excellent apartment in Ericeira with sea view, balcony, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a living room with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has internet access (wifi), iron, hair dryer and heating with electric radiators. It is located in a condominium with a swimming pool, garden and barbecue area. It is located 850m from Praia do Sul, 2km from the centre of Ericeira and 5 km from Praia Ribeira D\'ilhas.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.

Spacious apatment with a beautiful view

Spacious, clean and light apartment with a beautiful view. Many balconies. Nice pool area and garden. Walking distance from the beach and the city. Better cooking equipment, for example more knives etc. There should also be dishwashing tablets, spounges or other cleaning equipment.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit super Betten und viel Platz, grandiosem Blick und einem schönen, modernen Bad. Die Küche war recht abgenutzt, aber okay. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr, sehr nett, obwohl wir verspätet eingetroffen sind.Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.
