The hotel was very nice but we had couple problems in the 3 days we stayed there. Second day they didn't left any towels and the last day they didn’t clean the room ,made bed or supply towels

Good stay but would have appreciate free parking
Parking is not free… or you have to walk around the building with stairs to go at the back on the building…,

Quiet, simple but modern and comfortable
We spent three days here and it was very good. The hotel room is minimal but is excellent where it counts. Amazing shower, comfortable bed and quiet room. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were extremely accommodating. We were very happy with our stay. However this hotel is not in the center of Lisbon so it might not be too convenient if you want to be in the heart of the city.

We arrived late, hungry, frazzled and honestly done. It had been one of those days!! The front end staff, jumped into action and did everything in thier power to make improve the situation. From finding a reasteraunt that was still open and would deliver to bringing us tea. I honestly can not thank them enough for thier kindness

Dear João,During the night the boilers went down and the gas went off. When the night-auditor received the alert and went to reset the gas, it was close to the time that you complained that you had no hot water, the process to reset the gas still takes some time, from 30 to 60 minutes. The hotel was nice and clean. However, the major highlight for me was the front desk staff. Nadia was very wonderful and very helpful to me throughout my stay at the hotel. Her smile and conversation were welcoming. She really made me feel at home. Anna was great and very helpful to me, she even helped me schedule for laundry service at the Mall in Oeiras, especially since I didn't speak Portuguese and needed help. Rita and John at the frontdesk, were equally wonderful. The housekeeping and restaurant/breakfast staff were great. Unfortunately, with my limited portuguese my interaction with them was very limited, but I truly appreciate their work making my stay very comfortable. Because of this experience, I will be back to stay at the hotel in the future. Note: I was disappointed that the hotel didn't possess a single flat iron in the entire facility. This I find odd, especially since the hotel has lots of guests who may need to iron their clothes. My hope is that this issue gets addressed in the future. It was my only inconvenience during my stay.

Overall a great stay
A nice hotel for the money, very clean and staff were super efficient. The pillows were a little hard so a softer option would help but that's a personal choice. Brown bread for toast at breakfast would have been good as there was only white. A machine offering freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a nice touch! The parking garage is pretty tight to get into and out of, so be prepared. We enjoyed our stay and will return for sure
