  • Apartment with 110 m2, situated in a private condominium with sea view, swimming pool, gardens and children's playground.
    Fully equipped with furniture, dishes and towels.
    Sitio very quiet and five minutes walk from the town center.
    Have an unforgettable holiday. Come to our house, which is very spacious 37m2 living room, bedroom 25m2, kitchen 18m2 and 42m2 with Terreco 2WC. All photos posted effectively correspond to the house we have for rent.

Lovely apartment with a great view

The apartment is great for a family as it is spacious and has access to a pool and playground. It was also very clean and the balcony has a lovely view so perfect for meals. If there are mobility issues, it might take some effort to walk up the hill after a night in the centre of Ericeira but it's only a 15 minute walk otherwise. It would have been good to have a washing machine.

Weird situation and old, but not bad location

We had a weird situation with the owner because they entered the apartment when we weren't there with the excuse to give us a card to access the pool but they gave us this card the day before, so we do not know why they entered the apartment we rented knowing I was travelling with my family (two minors). Half of the lights are not working (I spouse to economize) and neither is the hot shower in one bathroom. Also bed's mattresses are really old, but the rest is functional.

Appart au top, très bien placé proche de tous commerce avec une terrasse énormément. Grande piscine commune. La propriétaire est super gentille et nous a donné pleins de conseils et de bonnes adresses

Grand appartement vue mer.

L'appartement est bien situé, sur un point haut avec vue mer, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage du centre. L'aller est facile car en descente, le retour est un peu plus sportif ! L'appartement est propre, sympa et toutes les pièces sont grandes. Très grande terrasse mais pas assez exploité (une seule chaise longue par exemple).

Beste Lage, 10min Fußmarsch ins Stadtzentrum, 5min zum Supermarkt, 15min zum nächsten Strand.... Ruhige Lage, da in einer Wohnsiedlung - keine Durchzugsstrasse. Sehr sauber, riesengroße Terrasse! Pool ist sehr gepflegt, Spielplatz am Poolgelände! Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Waschmaschine & Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden! Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, sehr hilfsbereit! Alles in allem eine Top-Location für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Recomendo para quem quiser passar ferias na Ericeira a A utilizar o apartamento do Sr Joao Jorge. Foi uma optima estadia com uma boa paisagem e um silencio muito bom. Excelente e so que posso dizer.
