The hotel is in an excellent location for attractions, old town and dining options. Our room overlooked a pedestrian thoroughfare which was noisy at times, although all businesses in the area seemed to close around 11.00p.m. The main issue was rubbish collection and deliveries in the early hours. Double glazed windows kept out the worst though. The staff were all excellent and the restaurant and wine tasting worth trying. A metro station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and is step free and for 4.30 euro per person round trip to the airport is a great way to spread the cost of a trip.

Very well located, walkable to many sites/restaurants/shopping. Ideal location if travelling by train to Sintra or other locations in Portugal via train, as the hotel is a short walk away from the Rosario train station. If taking taxis or Ubers please note that during a portion of the day the street of the hotel is not accessible by car and you have to walk a couple of minutes to the corner street. Uber location will show this corner of the street. Hotel staff will share this information with you as well. Hotel was clean, wine theming was a nice touch, backyard courtyard is very nice, if your room is facing the street it is a bit loud at night.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet facing the courtyard which was very good as the street in front of the hotel could get noisy at times. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. A great central location to explore the different neighborhoods in Lisbon and close to many good wine bars and restaurants.

Small hotel with a great location, attentive service, with a wine bar and restaurant. Be prepared for the trash trucks to appear about 6AM to collect the bins along the street with the resulting noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this very centrally located hotel. The lobby is unimposing but don’t let that fool you. The rooms are really well appointed and very generous in size. The beds are outstanding with lovely linens and a terrific shower. Everything feels brand new and well cared for. It’s spotless, The hotel also serves a pretty nice breakfast. Heads up, it is in a pedestrian zone so my cab had to drop me off about half a block away. You can walk to almost everything from this hotel.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, great air conditioning & close to many popular tourist sights. We ate several meals at their restaurant which had both indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff was very warm yet professional. We requested an additional night and they were most accommodating. The front desk staff greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and made arrangements for our very early flight transportation. Definitely will stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and gave excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet is good. The only thing I was missing was facial tissue in the room. I ended up having to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Overall, excellent hotel that I would recommend and stay again.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel. It's conveniently located within an easy walk to the metro, bus, and Trams. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are several authentic restaurants around. Also very close to Hard Rock Cafe and McDonalds if that's your preference. The staff here is top-notch. Before my arrival, they were very helpful in arranging for transportation and answering my questions. My room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. When I go back to Portugal, I will stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located on a pedestrian street in a bustling part of Lisbon. It’s in a great spot for exploring the area on food and there are many great dining options nearby, including the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We stayed here for two nights in early November. The pricepoint of this hotel is comparative with similar ones in Lisbon. In all the room was of a nice size and had a lot of modern features. The translucent divider between the bathroom and bedroom is a feature that looks nice at first but rather impractical if you need to use the bathroom at night and do not wish to awaken your partner. Breakfast was nice but quality of pastries was very average and Nespresso coffee was served. I did not enjoy the smell of glade plugins in the breakfast area - did seem rather intrusive. They could have at least timed this so it wasn't pumping out perfume during peak breakfast period. Our room had a walk-in shower and there was a level of mould build up on the tiles and the water glasses in the fridge had a tideline on them

This was our best stay during our 3 week trip throughout Portugal and Spain! The bed is so comfortable that I didn't want to get out! I had an amazing sleep (and I'm a very light sleeper). The large shower with over sized rain head was outstanding. Then you slip into your monogrammed robe and slippers to enjoy a glass of wine from the complimentary bottle offered in the room as you look out your window over Lisbon. I felt like a queen! The staff are so attentive. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left they were available to attend to our every need. You don't get that type of personalized service at a large chain hotel. Special thanks to Rhuan, Diogo and the Brazilian gentlemen who ran the breakfast table, they made us Azorean visitors from Canada feel welcome and at home. And let's talk breakfast. It's served from 7:30 to 10:30 am next to the lobby area. Fresh coffee, made to order eggs and bacon, fresh bread rolls, mini pancakes, cold cuts, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, yogurt, sweets, the options are varied and all elegantly displayed and served. Being Portuguese we have very healthy appetites, and we were able to satisfy them every morning! The rooms are exactly as displayed in the photos. Lush monogrammed towels? Yes please! The location is great, central to everything. You can walk, take metro, bus, or electric tram close by. We highly recommend this hotel and will be recommending to others.
