The recently renovated property features a modern, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, you can enjoy 2 private uncovered terraces, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The first terrace offers a large sunshade, 2 chairs, and a side table; the second, more secluded, has 2 sun loungers. Both terraces are completely independent from the rest of the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from several restaurants, a small shopping center, pharmacy, and medical centers. It is 5 minutes from the center of Cascais and 3 minutes from the highway to Lisbon. The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and Guincho beach are nearby, and public transport is easily accessible.
