The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals, with appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The serene bedroom features a double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights, as well as a walk-in closet for ample storage. It also has its own private balcony for quiet moments in the fresh air.
The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The riverside Algés Beach and promenade provide a peaceful escape, ideal for jogs, leisurely walks, or simply watching river traffic and sunsets. When you're ready for larger beaches or surf, Cascais and Costa da Caparica are just a short drive away.
Nearby, the beautiful Jardim de Algés and Parque Urbano de Algés offer lush green spaces, playgrounds, shaded benches, and a small lake, perfect for outdoor relaxation and family outings.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
