As you step inside, the main area and living space are where you can relax on the comfy sofas and entertain yourselves with the wide-screen TV provided. There is no lack of natural sunlight thanks to the glass windows. A glass dining table for 6-people is placed in the centre of the room and is perfect for entertaining yourselves.
The kitchen is a fully equipped open-plan area with a microwave oven and coffee machine for convenience.
The apartment has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious room with a futon-style double bed and a shelf/storage box to keep your belongings safe. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for children, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. All bedrooms come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
Additionally, there's another bathroom that's shared throughout the apartment. It also comes with fresh towels and toiletries.
Important note: Our flat is on the 3rd floor of a typical Portuguese building. The stairs can be a bit narrow, but it's a great way to feel like an authentic local!

Jorge, Santa Justa Lift, Praça Luís de Camões, Lisbon Cathedral, Arco da Rua Augusta, National Pantheon, Mercado de Santa Clara, and the Botanical Garden of Lisbon. There are plenty of options for food and shopping, so you're sure to find everything you need.
Anjos Tram Station and Intendente Metro Station are just several steps away from the apartment. Alternatively, you can choose from several bus stations dotted around the area. However, it's easy to get around central Lisbon on foot.

Note that one of the bedrooms has a really low ceiling.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Additional cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Aucun air climatisé donc vraiment très chaud même avec les ventilateurs qui sont très bruyants. Difficile d’avoir un stationnement proche de l’appartement. Aucun linge pour laver la table et le comptoir.

Die Wohnung sieht nicht ganz so aus wie auf den Bildern,
ist schon etwas abgenutzt, der Boden und die Wände sind nicht eben und gerade,
beim Fenster oben war der Griff sehr locker, aber man konnte es noch öffnen,
aber doch noch alles im Rahmen, wir kamen damit gut zurecht, wir haben die Küche nur sporadisch genutzt,
in jedem Zimmer sind Lüftungsgeräte,
Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr steil (3.Stock)
Ist eine nette Wohnung für 1 Woche Urlaub mit vielen Unternehmungen, U-Bahn in der Nähe,

Accés immeuble porte du bas
On a eu un problème pour ouvrir la porte d' entrée de l'immeuble. Après demi heure d' attente, heureusement qu' un autre locataire en rentrant chez lui, nous a ouvert la porte, et nous avons pu alors accéder à la boîte à cles de l' appartement . Vous devriez communiquer aussi le code d'ouverture de cette porte d'entrée de l' immeuble .

Rapport qualité prix plutôt correct. Les 2 chambres du haut sont plus adaptées pour des jeunes.
Il est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur mais on le savait et au vu des cotes à avaler lors des balades ceci reste malgré tout anecdotique!!!
We booked for one week and the flat was not clean; trash was not taken out; lights were partially not working; and the worst: When it rained - water was pouring through the roof in the living room.
The Service from the Hotline was a joke as I called several times and no one cared.
Very sad and never using vrbo again....
