The apartment is situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs. Inside, the living room offers a cosy and inviting space, featuring a comfortable sofa, a television for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, an oven, a microwave, as well as cookware and cutlery.

The bedroom features a plush queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, along with storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property in the heart of Alfama offers an authentic Lisbon experience surrounded by history, culture, and vibrant local life. Just a short walk away, you will find the famous Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro das Portas do Sol, two of the city’s most stunning viewpoints with sweeping views over the river and tiled rooftops.

The surrounding streets are full of character, with small shops, bakeries, cafes, and traditional grocery stores where you can enjoy fresh bread, local pastries, and other regional delights. Alfama is also known for its rich dining scene. Nearby, you can visit restaurants such as Medrosa d’Alfama, O Cartaxeiro, O Beco, and Casa de Linhares, where you can savour authentic Portuguese cuisine and even enjoy a live fado performance.

Public transportation is easy and convenient, with tram 28 stopping within minutes from your door, as well as several bus routes, metro stations, and ferry connections. Whether you want to explore Lisbon’s historic quarters, visit modern attractions, or discover the city’s vibrant nightlife, everything is within easy reach.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Terreiro do Paço, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
