Situated on the 2nd floor with stairs, our charming apartment offers a comfortable and authentic Lisbon experience. Whether you're here for the historical landmarks, the vibrant culture, or the delicious cuisine, you'll find it all within easy reach. The neighbourhood's mix of old-world charm and modern amenities ensures a memorable stay in Lisbon. So, immerse yourself in this captivating city's beauty and culture!

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Alcântara is a charming neighbourhood located in Lisbon, Portugal. It's known for its vibrant atmosphere and a mix of historic and modern elements. Here's a brief overview of the neighbourhood:

Alcântara's historic charm is evident in its beautiful cobblestone streets and traditional Portuguese architecture. The neighbourhood is situated along the Tagus River, providing picturesque views and opportunities for leisurely waterfront strolls.

One of the key attractions in Alcântara is the LX Factory, a creative and cultural hub housed in a former industrial complex. You can explore art galleries, boutique shops, and trendy restaurants here and enjoy lively nightlife. It's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

Alcântara also offers convenient access to public transportation, including trams and buses, making exploring other parts of Lisbon easy. Whether interested in history and arts or enjoying a relaxing day by the river, Alcântara has something to offer everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Estação De Santo Amaro, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
