  • This apartment combines the perfect union of being in Lisbon centre, while being in a place of absolute peace. It's part of one of the most traditional areas in Lisbon two steps away from some of the main sights in the city.

    The apartment is back to the early 20th century, having been fully restored in 2014 but still respecting the traits of the original architectural style. The apartment has the entrance leading directly to outside in a typical pedestrian alley.

    In a modern rustic style, around 40m2 divided over two floors with a lounge area downstairs and sleeping room upstairs. It is perfect for a couple.

    The apartment is equipped with several facilities which include: Free Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Ceramic Hob, Dishwasher, Washing/Drying Machine, Coffee Machine.

This was a lovely place to stay in Lisbon. The space was actually bigger than I expected and was well equipped with a small kitchen and living area downstairs, the bed and bathroom upstairs. The bed was comfortable and there was a spacious closet/vestibule area between bed and bathroom. The neighborhood was fun and lively with many good places to eat all around and public transit very close by. There were some unexpected things at check in. One is that there were 2 hosts and only one had access to the VRBO account. The host meeting us for check in wanted to communicate via WhatsApp. I see online that this is common when traveling in Europe, but VRBO recommends keeping conversation within the app. The other was that additional city taxes were requested by our hosts. There was nothing mentioned about this in the listing and when I brought this up to the host, they did not press the issue and we didn't pay extra.Our hosts were friendly and communicative overall and the property was just perfect for us. I'd highly recommend this for a couple and would happily stay here again.

The place is very well located. Close to everything you want to see in the area. You can walk to the castle Sao Jorge. The food is good all around the area. We loved our 4 days n Lisbon and definitely recommend this apartment. It is very clean and safe. It has everything you need!

I have rented many vacation flats and this one has one the best beds. While not fancy, the flat was well supplied. The location was great. As we are happy to walk, we found we could walk to much of what we wanted to see. And the neighborhood was quiet so sleeping in the comfortable bed after a day of sightseeing was perfect. (Seriously, I would pack the bed and take it with me for the rest of my vacation if I could. ;) ). Also, communication was easy and clear.

We were delighted with the apartment. Location was excellent. The apartment was in peaceful corner of a lively area of the city which was perfect.It's very clean and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well.We particularly appreciated our host's communication and flexibility about check in. She was really helpful and informative.There's no air con in the apartment (there are fans) which didn't matter in September but might be an issue in the height of Summer.
