Great location: walkable to many sights, easy access to all sorts of transportation (the 28E tram stops right in front of the building), many dining options nearby. Comfortable and clean stay: Our apartment easily accommodated our family of 4. The rooms were in excellent condition and regularly cleaned and re-stocked throughout our 1-week stay. In-unit laundry machine was super convenient. Good wi-fi and smart TVs for relaxing indoors. Host: Our host Bernardo met us at check-in. He gave us several local recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and he helped us book a fado dinner show too. Would stay here again without hesitation.

It is in the center of the old town and a vivid area with a lot of activites. Our host is great and she handled our check in swiftly when we forgot to notify her in advance.

I didn’t know much about Lisbon when I booked it, but we were very lucky on location and accessibility. I had a lot of interaction upon arrival, and despite my incessant number of questions and requests, they were accomodating. My family truly enjoyed staying there.

The perfect location, steps from Brasileria and great shopping. Mafalda and Ben were great hosts. The apartment was excellent. Comfortable, modern and super chic. Heated bathroom floors!

This property is located in the heart of Downtown Lisbon and its a great place tonstay with your families. The rooms are excellently maintained and the views are just fabulous. The staff esp the manager is top class always available and extremely hospitable. i would say if anyone wants to stay in Lisbon this is the place to be.

A memorable business trip!
Incredible location, lovely property, amazing staff. Two top floor apartments made for great team meetings and a wonderful Lisbon experience. I would suggest earplugs if your room faces the square (which means amazing views) as buskers can go late...but it added to the experience, which we loved. We're all trying to find an excuse to return.

We were met by Ben on arrival at the property at 10am although check-in was not until 3pm. Wonderful host who provided us with excellent recommendations on where to eat etc. Before we'd even finished our first pastel de nata, he'd texted to say the apartment was ready for us and all luggage had been taken up for us. We really cannot recommend this property enough - apartment was spotless and had eveything we could want, from hairdryers to umbrellas. Furnished to a very tasteful and high standard. Beds (including sofa bed) were extremely comfortable. Location was wonderful, overlooking Largo do Chiado with the trams passing the front door. Cannot wait to go back.

Location is superb! Property condition is very good and staff is very responsive! They allowed us to store our baggage the day before we checked in, and also after we checked out before leaving Lisbon.

This was the best place to stay in Lisbon. Central to shops and dining. Easy walk to everywhere. Laundry facilities were great. Ben ( our host) was exceptional. He was very helpful in organising transfers and obliging at helping us out for restaurants and supplies.

The Chiado Square property is beautiful, in excellent condition, elevator, AC, includes all the appliances you need, communications were very comfortable thanks to Ben from Lisbon Best Apartments and the location is amazing. We highly recommend it! This location has only one negative (at least for us) - it's located right above a street performers corner and every night there was a performer there until almost midnight. The sound proof windows did quite a good job but it's very loud and you can still hear it.

Lisbon best apartments are really the best apartments in Lisbon. When I say they are in middle of everything in Lisbon, they really are - walkable to the most popular locations. Our hospitality Manager Mafalda Contrim is one of the best. We felt like we had someone we knew in Lisbon all the time. She was very proactive in corresponding with us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. She provided all the information about the site seeing points and helped us even plan them. The cleaning staff were so good - felt like felt like home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Lisbon. We had a wonderful stay here and was lucky that chose this place to stay.

I cannot say enough things about this unit, and the manager- Bernardo and his team. They were great communicators and made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as great as it was. He spent a great deal of his time on the phone helping us to figure out how to return our car rental- This was in the middle of all the enjoyable chaos of the Papal visit and the huge crowds of the World Youth Day! The unit is very neat, combining a traditional sense of elegance with all the modern amenities and design. We were right in the middle of Chiado where we were able to walk to many sites and dining venues as well as shopping. That's where I would stay again when I visit Lisboa

From the moment I booked, the manager was very responsive to any questions I had. She met us early to drop our bags on short notice. The apartment is gorgeous and had water, coffee, fruit, a fully equipped kitchen and all soaps for the dishwasher and washing machine for us. The location is right near tram E28 and a huge selection of shops and dining and everything was walkable. I loved our stay and would recommend it highly.

Wonderful apartment! Location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, shopping, and many tourist attractions. Checkin was easy and the hotel staff reached out to coordinate our arrival. This was the perfect choice for our stay in Lisbon! Staff met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and over to our parking garage. The apartment was very modern, clean, well appointed. We had everything we needed. The Chiado Square location is always bustling with entertainers in the square. Always fun! It was really easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Only a few blocks to Rosario train station for our day trip to Sintra. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful and modern apartment with enough space for our family of four. Loved the location, square outside of living room windows is has live performances every night which is so wonderful. The double paned windows are great at sound proofing but we enjoyed the atmosphere with the windows opened. Bedrooms are in the back and very quiet.

We loved our apartment on Chiado Square! Checkin was smooth and João even met us at 8:30am to let us enter early because it was ready early. He showed us all around and even later provided us a list of recommended restaurants. It was clean, modern and in the perfect location. It had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer combo (that was a little confusing to use), and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee is a huge plus in my book! The wonderful personal touch of a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit were very thoughtful. The balcony overlooking Chiado Square provided us with night time entertainment, we would leave the French doors open to listen to the music below. But when closed up- it was quiet enough to sleep. Now sleep… that was our one and only issue with this wonderful apartment- the mattress was the hardest we’ve ever had to sleep on. My boyfriend actually thought we were sleeping in the box springs. A memory foam topper might help, but we tossed and turned and woke with sore hips and shoulders. If you prefer an EXTRA firm mattress then it might not bother you. All in all- we loved our stay here!

I rarely post reviews, but this property required one. It is perhaps one of the best property experiences I have had. Exactly as described, really nice accommodations, perfect, and I mean perfect location. The best restaurants in the city were all within walking distance. Every night there would be music in the plaza in front, which we enjoyed from the windows of the apartment, and then when we were done, we shut the window and couldn't hear anything as they are thick double pane windows. Veyr well though out space. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

The perfect location to get around everywhere. Restaurants, stores, entertainment, so much to see, and do right from this apartment. The apartment itself we could not have asked for better for my husband and I. We were greeted by Francisco, who was so nice and welcoming and showed us around everything in the apartment, including the small details like the washing machine and the dishwasher, etc.The refrigerator had two large free bottles of water and fresh fruit on the table in a bowl. The windows open up fully to take in the fresh air and see the entertainment right down in the Square below but when you close them, you do not hear a peep outside the window. This is a nice high end apartment to stay in and even in the bathroom they have heated marble floors throughout the entire bathroom with a TV in the mirror of the bathroom sink! What a surprise that was, I’ve never seen that before and I loved it. The popular tram 28 is right downstairs to hop on and a hop. off. If you have any questions about this apartment, please let me know and I will tell you. Overall we highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Portugal. ❤️🇵🇹 Thank you!l

Lovely new apartment the deco is beautiful and clean, much better than pictures. Location is great, you can walk to all the hot place and café, even McDonald is just 2 stapes away if you get tired of the seafood. Property manager Ben is super nice, he even brought me a beautiful birthday cake. This is my 1st apartment experience. I would go back again if we visit Lisbon again.

Great location, clean and as described apartment. Check in process with Ben was easy and detailed. Communication with property was timely and were very accommodating. Mattress is a bit hard but that is a personal preference. Balcony was a huge plus.

The apartment is awesome, neat, has all amenities. Location is great. What is not nice: 1. There is no proper check in/front desk. Managers are not on site and one has to call them to let one inside the building at check in. In our case we had to wait outside 5-10 minutes for the manager to arrive. 2. There is no front desk, we had to stand in a narrow corridor to complete check in formalities. 3. The managers are sticklers for check-in timings. We were there at 1240 PM but he did not allow us to move into the apartment, although it was ready. His reason its not ready and check in time is not before 3 PM. He could see we were tired from travelling and that we are an old couple. I had also sent in an early check in request weeks before our arrival. However 3 PM check-in time was written in stone for him. We were finally allowed to move in at 240 PM. Not being able to accommodate guests when the hotel can do so and doesn't cost them at all-talks a lot about the hotel's customer service.

Dear Manoranjan, Thank you for your review, it is very important for us to know about our guest’s experience.We advise all our customers that we dont have permanent reception/front desk in the building, and so to assure the presence of a member of our staff at the property, we contact every guest, several days before to schedule a check in time. If the guests arrive before the formal check-in time (3pm), and the apartment is available, we are always pleased to offer an early check-in and allow guests to access the apartment, otherwise we make sure one of our guest relations is on site to welcome the guest, collect and store the luggage. Being the apartment still occupied/being prepared, there’s no other way to perform the check-in but at the entrance/lobby of the building. W9e understand it’s not ideal, but our main goal is to avoid that the guests have to walk around the city with the luggage and have to return to the property at 3pm just to finalize the check-in. Accordingly to our experience, most of the guest prefer this procedure.We can only guarantee early check in if you reserve the previous night.

Property was located in a very central area with acess to several modes of transportation. Lucas (guest relations) was awesome! He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and just AWESOME! We will definitely stay here again. Too many amenities to list, but you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location! The car garage was a couple blocks away but there is space infront to load and unload. Very clean, really nice place. Everything you need is there. Would book it again on my next trip to Lisbon. Really happy.
