Very nice appartment. Hot wáter was difficult to get at the shadow. We have to wait a lot of tme for It, and during the bath It stoped and started to flow cold wáter. Its the only problem of the appartment

Absolutely charming place centrally location in a neighborhood that was a perfect blend of locals and visitors. Great restaurants and stuff to see at your fingertips. Strongly recommend you find a place to experience the Fado music. Amazing! This great apartment was in the middle of it all and we would definitely recommend!

Great location unlivable odor

Upon entering location we were met with a noxious odor of sewage and garbage. My wife gagged and ran to bathroom to throw up. Contacted landlord and was told the odor was from street. The street that we entered building from did not smell this bad. Landlord provided scented candles, which we used for a remedy. This did not help. We left next morning and landlord only charged for the one night plus cleaning fee. This apartment, aside from odor, was very nice. It’s open family room had large walk out windows to small terrace . Opening them did little to help. Landlord claim of street smell nullified their benefits. Sewer flies in and around kitchen sink hints it could be plumbing issue. “Nice place, awful odor!”

Comfortable and quiet

The apartment is a comfortable space for 2-3 people on the third floor (no lift). Well situated near bars and restaurants and the nearby Chiado underground station. It is quiet and we hardly heard any of the other residents or street noise during our stay. Fittings are a little tired and in need of updating. Air con and TV both work well.
