Luxurious property located in Ericeira with 250 m2, 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It features a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, three suites with double bed, one room with double bed, five bathrooms with shower (3 in the suites, 1 in the ground floor room and 1 in the basement), a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric jug and a basement with ample space where it has a sofa and dining area. In addition to the various view balconies surrounding the house, outside it has an excellent leisure deck area, with outdoor furniture and swimming pool. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor parking for 2 cars. Located 1.3km from South Beach, 2km from Whale Beach and 1.5km from Ericeira centre. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, being charged that amount at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
