The detached house was built 30 years ago and was recently restored, in order to bring it up to the requisite holiday house standards. Here you can enjoy the amazing weather, the peacefulness of the surroundings and the lovely beaches and breathtaking landscape. The 140m² two-storey villa has five bedrooms, of which four have a double bed and one has a single bed. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the other three are on the upper floor. All of them are tastefully decorated and are light and inviting. The ground floor has a bathroom with a bath and WC. On the upper floor there is the second bathroom with a shower and WC. There is also a single bed in the upstairs hallway. The centrepiece of the house is the living room with an open fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining area, with an adjoining kitchen equipped with all the basics, as well as a dishwasher. There is another kitchen in the garage.
Within 500 metres you can find restaurants, cafés and a minimarket/grocery shop. The short distance to the major tourist and cultural sights of the Lisbon region make this an ideal place for those who would like to explore this part of Portugal in their own time, such Serra de Sintra with the historical and charming village with the Pena Palace and the Moorish castle, symbols of the region itself.
