This unit was very clean and Lisa was a joy to help us. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and if you are older this could be a concern. A suggestion would be more towels and washcloths and paper towels in the kitchen. The pillows need to be replaced. This unit is not within walking distance of the tourist attractions in Lisbon unless you can run an iron man race. So expect to uber a lot.The unit felt very safe and it was a quiet area.The unit was rather warm but there are fans for each bedroom that you plug in. Make sure to bring your electric adapter
