Stay in a restored windmill on a tranquil hilltop near Mafra. This unique eco‑retreat features a cosy bedroom under wooden beams, a rustic lounge with sofa bed and wood stove, and a kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Outside there’s a circular plunge pool with solar shower and panoramic countryside views. Solar power and the breathtaking viwes enhance the authentic experience.

This windmill, more than 120 years old, transports visitors back to a bygone era of rural life while providing a unique, memorable experience with all the comfort and conveniences needed. Please note that the surrounding area is typically humid, and at times the mill can be as well.

It comprises:

BEDROOM
- Sleep beneath an old mill roof on a comfortable double bed, with a unique sunrise and panoramic view, accented by original touches throughout the décor.

LIVING ROOM
- A rustic yet modern living room with a sofa bed and smart TV.

KITCHEN
- A fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay, including a stove (but no oven), microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and other kitchen appliances.

BATHROOM
- A special and unique bathroom that makes use of the mill’s architectural features.

POOL
- A small pool, 2 m in diameter and 1.8 m deep, perfect for enjoying warm days while taking in dreamy views. There is also an outdoor shower with solar heating.

OUTDOOR AREA
- A leisure area with a dining table, swing, and space to relax.

For comfort and warmth, the mill has a wood-burning stove.

PLEASE NOTE: The ceiling height is 191 cm. Electricity comes from solar panels and a generator, so usage must be responsible.

Since it is an eco-tourism site using solely solar energy, additional electrical equipment is not permitted without prior approval from the host (e.g., portable heaters, hair straighteners, hair dryers, high-power chargers—including for electric vehicles, and so on).
